If I could give a big fat ZERO I definitely would. I’ve had Lexington law firm for around 6 months. After falling on some hard times I myself and my husband bumped down to a lower package, a few weeks later we called and paid for the higher package and they told us that if we paid $240 they would wave the late fees and we would be completely caught up. Fast forward a few weeks, I decided to cancel them because they didn’t do much of anything. I canceled on 1/10/2018 on 1/19/2018 I was charged another $200 for “late fees” or ... read more

Business response:

Lexington is sorry to hear of this client’s dissatisfaction after she had such great results in the six months she was a client with Lexington, seeing almost two-thirds of the negative items deleted from her credit reports. Lexington collects payments from its clients in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act, which states payments for credit repair cannot be collected until after the work has been completed. Lexington represented this client and her husband by, among other things, sending challenges to credit b... read more

??I just signed up with Lexington Law for credit repair today. I read the reviews here and then did my own research. When I called, I was greeted by a knowledgeable friendly person. I asked detailed questions and expressed my concerns/outcome expectations. She not only answered everything but was very honest about the outcomes and how it works. She pulled my credit and we decided on what program was best for my situation. I don’t have any late payments, negative debt or repos, so my issues will be more easily resolved. I hav... read more

Lexington Law Horrible company that says they will assist you and they do not and when you wish to cancel they do not cancel your account and continue with charges, when disputed they will not do anything else to assist you but put in a cancel at that time, after repetitively reporting i want to cancel and they do not follow through with the cancellation buy yet see how many months they can continue charging your account and see how long it takes you to realize.

Business response:

Lexington Law Firm is sorry to hear of any problems Ms. ******** had while she was a client with Lexington, especially given the great amount of success she had on her case. Lexington allows for clients to terminate their case by phone, chat, or written cancellation, as indicated in the engagement agreement. In reviewing Ms. ********’s case with Lexington, the firm can find no instances where she tried to terminate the representation until January 5, 2018 when she chatted online with a Lexington paralegal. Upon her request t... read more

User Warning: I have never had any business connection with this firm, but somehow my email has become attached to many of the clients' files. I have repeatedly been sent instructions on how to log into their files, and I get the updates on any changes in their credit reports. I would never think of looking into any of these, but I am thinking that I probably could. Many emails and phone calls (and threats to report this privacy violation) have been ignored. It is merely annoying to me, but I am concerned about the client pr... read more

Business response:

Lexington Law Firm sends emails to correspond with its clients on various things related to their case. Lexington only sends emails to addresses as provided directly by the clients. The email address at issue here was provided to Lexington by a client, and information was sent to it as agreed to by that client. An attorney from Lexington has contacted Ms. ******* in regards to her review to collect more information regarding the situation. After communicating with her about this issue, Lexington has taken the appropriate ste... read more

This company places false ads online posing as rent to own real estate. On January 4th 2018 I reached out to an ad placed online for a rental property. I spoke with a man named Austin M***** who informed me that it was a rent to own property and asked my credit. I told him I had afew issues I was trying to resolve with accounts being reported but not showing up on my reports. He then informed me that his company works with Lexington Law Firm and that if I enrolled in their credit repair program I would qualify for the proper... read more

This company used to be awesome but now they are simply horrible. I had to call in three times to request a refund and each time was assured that the money would be returned. Never received my refund so I had to call my bank and contest the charges.

Business response:

Lexington is always willing to work with its clients regarding the level of service that best fits their circumstances and budget, as well as accommodating their payments dates. In reviewing his case, it appears Lexington tried to accommodate him as much as possible and would encourage him to contact Lexington if there are any additional problems with his case.

At First I was a little skeptical about this agency after reading all the bad reviews, but something in my heart told me to try it anyways, And I Did!! Well, I’m glad I did, I joined lexington law around the end of October and within 2 months I’ve had 3 things removed and my credit score has went up 63 points. I was praying that me and my husband can get our credit right so we can buy a new home, well GOD and Lexington Law is making it happen. I’m so Thankful.

I signed up for services at the recommendation of a realtor. The process was quick and easy. I communicate that my goal was to either eliminate or lessen the impact of a repossession. I advised the representative that the repo was my ONLY concern. Once the process has been completed you’re provided with an online account. Upon checking my account I noticed they’d completely ignore my request to work solely on the repo. I called to cancel as I felt they hadn’t followed the directives provided. I was convinced to give the anot... read more
