After explaining my dissatisfaction with the service I received they continued to debit funds from me. Despite the fact that not much has changed with my credit score I tried giving them the benefit of doubt but to no avail I was still charged for the quote on quote work done. Which in my eyes equaled to absolutely nothing. Now I'm injured and dealing with a whole lot in my life. And was met with the crappiest customer service ever after I was pretty much robbed of my hard earned money. So i wouldn't recommend them to no one... read more

Business response:

Lexington Law is disappointed to see that a client has had a negative experience with Lexington Law, especially with this specific client. In the time she was with us, Lexington assisted in removing dozens of negative items in a matter of months. However, an improvement in this area of a consumer's credit score can only increase a credit score if the other aspects of their credit are not actively hurting them. An unusually high credit utilization ratio or new negative trade lines (like new collections) could definitely hurt ... read more

I called Lexington Law specifically to negotiate some collections. The lady on the phone said they could do that and signed me up for a credit check for $14. Without my permission, they took my credit card number and started charging me a monthly fee. When I called their paralegals, they said they didn't negotiate collections and the time to get my money back was past. What a scam! Don't give them any credit card information.

Business response:

Lexington Law has reached out to Mr. ****** and both sides have reached a mutual resolution.

They overcharged me every month (they had signed up for something extra I had no knowledge of) when I called to complain I was told I would receive a refund. When I called to say I have not received a refund I was basically told they would need to listen to phone call and this wasn't there fault. I called the next day as I had not hear anything- When lady got on phone she said that I was not being overcharged. When I said I did not sign up for this kind of account I was told I would not receive a refund. When I told them to ... read more

Lexington has attempted to contact Ms. *****, but has not heard back from her. Nevertheless, Lexington has taken steps that it feels is a fair resolution of Ms. *****'s concerns.

Excellent service! Professional and knowledgeable lawyers, doing their job fast and efficiently. In a month they were able to remove unfairly posted collections and charge from my credit history. The firm has informed me every other day how the procedure was going. Honest, knowledgeable and reliable firm. Highly recommended.

I joined lexington law in March 2018; I canceled membership within 30 days and even paid the monthly fee. In May you called and offered me 30 days free, time to decide if I’d renew my subscription. I agreed, however, I decided and declined offer; wanted to go in another direction. I called lexington this week and was told I had to pay a monthly fee. Why was I told this.

Business response:

Lexington Law has reviewed its records, and they do not match the explanation provided by the former client. This client's case was opened on March 1, 2018, cancelling on March 26, 2018. On May 5, 2018, the former client agreed to reopen the case, but called in to cancel again on May 30, 2018. The former client was informed at that time that the payment was due for services rendered during that period of May. That payment of $24.95 was received on May 31, 2018. If the former client continues to have concerns about these acti... read more

Lexington Law improved my credit score enough in 4 months to enable my purchase of a house. I did not get overcharged, no extra charges showed up, and closing my case was as easy as a chat session with a rep via their website.

I had a horrible experience. I canceled my membership 15 days because their ppl are so rude. But for some reason after i cancelled they still charged me a month later. they did nothing on my case and refuse to give me a refund. their ppl never told me that they were still charging me after i cancelled. I hate this place and really wish i never signed up. Wast of time.

Business response:

Lexington Law is always disappointed to hear that a client has had a negative experience during their time with our firm. During the 15 days Ms. ****** was with Lexington Law, Ms. ****** was billed per the Engagement Agreement. Lexington Law has taken steps that it feels is a fair resolution to this situation.

I have been with Lexington Law for 5 months and I am very pleased with their service. My credit score has went up 65 points and they will do all the work for you. I am working on buying a new home by the end of the year and I believe this was the best decision I ever made.
