12 months and 2 removals find a local company that cares about their customers. I canceled over a month ago and they kept billing me called back for a refund and they said their line got disconnected. I had to call back 3 times before a I got through to a “paralegal” that was able to cancel the service still no refund.
Business response:
Lexington is sorry to hear of this client’s dissatisfaction with the firm’s services. Lexington represented this and every client to ensure that negative items on their credit report are accurate and substantiated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Lexington is unable to control whether an item is removed or if the credit bureaus continue to report it as that decision is made by the creditor and/or the bureau based on their investigations under the FCRA. Lexington represents clients in sending communications on their behal... read more
They constantly call you several times a day and use different phone numbers! They won't leave a message! And if they get ahold of your email they will constantly send you a message! If you apply for credit with Anyone! And you have less than perfect credit, they send you to Lexington law. To me this is harassment!
Business response:
Lexington is sorry to hear of this individual’s experience as Lexington only contacts people who have requested or authorized such communication. Lexington has reached out to this individual to gather more information and would urge him to check his email and contact Lexington as indicated in the email.
They removed 14 things from my credit within 3 months! My score has really jumped up as well! They really do their best and it shows!
Horrible services do not work with these ppl they are a SCAM!!!!!
Business response:
Lexington Law Firm is sorry to hear that this client was dissatisfied with the services that were provided to her. She worked with Lexington for only eight days. During that brief time, the firm challenged the negative trade lines appearing on her credit reports with the credit bureaus and sent letters on her behalf to her creditors. The Fair Credit Reporting Act provides 30 days for the credit bureaus to respond to such disputes. The eight days of the firm’s representation of her would not have been long enough to see wheth... read more
I cancelled 2 months ago and they are still taking money from my account and will refuse to give me my money back. They have no idea what they are doing, I have documentation for what they send out to your creditors and it's not even in proper English. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Lexington Law completely ruined my credit with the credit repair services they did for me since last July. They did remove negative items off of my credit report, however my credit score went drastically down after a few months. When they didn't work anymore cases for me, they continued to take my money with no more results. I had to cancel. And now cases they did remove are starting to show up on my credit report again and I'm getting billed by these companies. I hired to them to help me, because I got laid off and ended up... read more

UNETHICAL, period. They do rate high in what they can "get done", but that comes with a cost... not necessarily a financial cost, but the cost of being swindled and having "mystery" fees. I was told on the phone that they needed to run a credit report to get the ball rolling which would cost $15. I said okay and the guy said hit agree but how was I supposed to read a legal document from a TINY CELL PHONE while on the phone? I was pressured and didn't even know what I was agreeing to. I just hit agree because I was under pres... read more

DO NOT TRUST LEXINGTON LAW. READ. I am beyond upset I EVER trusted this company. I am an entry-level adult and I needed to check my credit score for the first time ever. Not knowing how to do it and without having anyone to ask advice, I was searching google, trying to find out how to check my credit after my car had been broken into and licensing info was stolen, so naturally, I wanted to check my credit to make sure they hadn't used my info to steal my identity. I dont even know how I ended entrusting Lexington Law or comi... read more

In order to become a client with Lexington, clients must agree to several legal disclosures, the first of which allows Lexington to obtain their credit reports and the second which places a payment method on file for all payments due for services rendered. After agreeing to those disclosures, clients must agree and electronically sign the engagement agree which further clarifies the services Lexington will perform along with their prices, and the client’s rights under the agreement. Clients are free to terminate the represen... read more
