I wouldn't even give a star for this rating if I could this company is a scam they wasted over a year of my time and money. They barely got anything removed from my credit. They only focused on stuff that didn't even raise my credit in 1 year of their services my credit only raised my credit 20 points. I came to Lexington Law for help so I could get into an apartment and not have a huge deposit. I ended up having to pay almost $3k to get in due to nothing being done to my credit. I have gone in the past to another credit rep... read more

Lexington is sorry to hear of this client’s dissatisfaction with the firm’s services. Lexington represented this and every client to ensure that negative items on their credit report are accurate and substantiated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Lexington is unable to control whether an item is removed or if the credit bureaus continue to report it as that decision is made by the creditor and/or the bureau based on their investigations under the FCRA. Lexington represents clients in sending communications on their behal... read more

Lexington Law has been a great help to my credit repair and I thoroughly appreciate their ability to take care of the leg work as far as disputing items on my credit reports. As a victim of a predatory loan and a vindictive loan officer, I can tell you that when you challenge errors, negative remarks or inaccurate information on your own, the financial institutions do NOT take you serious and will go out of their way to make your life as close to hell as humanly possible. Lexington Law helped me get inaccurate information co... read more

From day one I received countless phone calls and voice mails (at least 3 per day) about how they were working on my credit file and letters were being prepared and sent on my behalf. Each voicemail also advised how “imperative it was they speak to me today”. This many phone calls and voicemails a day is absolutely paralyzing to one who suffers from severe anxiety and PTSD each and every day. I couldn’t bring myself to answer a call from them, nor return their phone calls. I regret that in so many ways. I was charged around ... read more

This is Lexington Law Firm’s official Response to Ms. ****’s Comment with the Better Business Bureau. Lied to me about being able to repair my credit. They only will address few at a time. Even if they keep sending same letters to invalid address or invalid contact, it still counts as one of the monthly service. I've informed them over and over to skip invalid address and focus on others. They refused. I've been with them for year and half. That money I paid for the service could have gone to settlement with the creditors directly and removed it from my records. I've been robbed by Lexington law.

My husband received a call from Lexington Law and immediately signed up with them not knowing anything about the company. He then called me, so that I could authorize them to pull my credit and sign me up as well. I did not sign up, I told them that I am not interested as I know about the company and how they will do the least to make sure they can keep you in the program for years. Upon my advising that I wasn't interested, my husband said that he was no longer interested as well and wanted to cancel his account. Keep in mi... read more

At first I was impressed with the customer service. However the same day I signed up with them I did some research and saw the many bad reviews about this company. I was also shocked to see the C rating listed with the BBB. I decided in less than 24 hours to cancel their services and was being pressured beyond belief by an operator who told me the several tiers they had that I could choose from to continue payment. When I said no she then put me on hold for almost five minutes so that she could inform her supervisor of my wi... read more
