Very unhappy with their services. I paid a lot of money for them to do absolutely nothing. They are deceptive when providing information on levels of service and fees. They claim you pay after they do work , but that’s not true. They charge you before and after. They took my money and did no work. Don’t trust this company .

so sorry my relationship with them has been excellent they are working hard to help me resolve the issues with my credit reports and it's very appreciated that they're flexible and they really are there to help
No stars. Scam. So sad to be scamming people who are trying to repair their finances. At 12:40pm on 3/22 I spoke with Robin, whom informed me that I could cancel my enrollment in the program before 3/29 and not be charged $89.95. When I spoke with Erika at 9:59am on 3/28 to cancel she tried to charge me the $89.95. When I refused and asked to speak with a supervisor she first told me there were none available and offered to reduce the charge. They are professional and explain everything to help a person understand the process that goes with repairing bad credit. Jillian is pleasant and professional.
I had to cancel my card on file to have them STOP taking money. The nerve to tell me they can't take the card off file. FIRST, they do nothing that you can't do yourself. I repaired my own credit waiting on them. Rep not paralegal stated they do one bureau a month. DISGUSTING service and the nerve to take people's money. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMMEND. I paid up to date and you can't remove my file after i canceled? SCAM . One star is not even considered.

Horrible company, yes they submitted info to dispute items on my credit however when i was trying to cancel they did not respond to me until after they took more of my money.

Thank you Mr. Eric H******** and Candice for being miss leading and misleading and making it seem like I was just another card number to take on the phone. I asked specifically prior to the due date of the $129.99 that as long as I canceled I wouldn’t get charged, there was no clarification made that I needed to do this in a 5 day grace period. I do not recommend this company if you desire a trust worthy organization.

They don't monitor your credit until you call and sit on hold for 30 mins. You are paying for nothing unless you call them every week. Then when you try to cancel their services, they put you on a brief hold then hang up on you leaving you to have to call back and sit on hold another 30 mins. This happened to me 3 times in a row on the same day for trying to cancel my account. I would not waste my time or money with this company.

I do think that Lexington do deserve a 5 star rating, because of their excellent serves to their clients. I been with Lexington law firm for years. My credit was really in bad shape at that time. My resolves was the removes that was affecting my credit, there were many that was removed. I really would recommend this company to anyone. The work in done in a professional way.
