As with many companies in today's society this one is no better than the low life robbers, and thief's preying upon innocent people. This company has been stealing from me during the past year. I am not a client, I am not in their data base, but somehow they have my card number which is associated with a person of my name.. Kicker.. they have a different SS number and address from mine. They promised they would stop the withdrawals and refund me, the only problem if I canceled my card they could give a refund. Vicious circle... read more
Business response:
Lexington is sorry to hear of any problems this individual has had with payments being drafted out of her account. Lexington only drafts payments after clients place the payment method on file and authorize Lexington to draft payments for services that have been provided. Lexington has attempted to assist this individual and has requested more information from her. An attorney from Lexington has also reached out to her to attempt to resolve her concerns.
The practices of this company are completly out of sync with reality. I have canceled my service with them and been on the phone with them multiple times about the same issues. I am now having to call them again for the fifth time since they don't seem to get the message into the database that they are not going to be allowed to reach into my bank account and take whatever they deem they should be allowed. I am now at risk of losing my car insurance, which is a crock of shit since I had the money when I called to pay it all ... read more

Lexington drafts payments from clients in accordance with federal legislation and after services have been provided to the client. This information is covered with the client during the initial conversation with a Lexington representative and is included in the engagement agreement each client signs in order to be represented by Lexington. Lexington represented this client for one month before she terminated the representation. Lexington was only able to collect payment for the services rendered one month after this terminat... read more
This company is scam artists. They got 1,700.00 dollars out of me. Promised to repair my credit. Now I am still trying to repair my credit. DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE WHICH IS LIES.
Business response:
Lexington is disappointed to hear of this former client’s dissatisfaction. Lexington works for its clients to ensure that their credit reports are a fair, accurate, and substantiated portrayal of their credit history in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Lexington does so by challenging negative items, at the direction of its clients, with the credit bureaus and sending letters on the clients’ behalf directly to creditors. Clients decide how long they want to work with Lexington and may cancel services at any tim... read more
This company is terrible to work with! My credit score is already pretty high and I was just looking to remove 3 negative report items that have been on my account since 2008. Lexington Law didn't even start the dispute process until months after signing up, and this was at the Premium service level. I would not recommend anyone use this company as I think it's a waste of time and money. The level of customer service is awful and sounds like they deal with negative feedback on a daily basis. For the premium price I was payin... read more

Lexington is sorry to hear of this client’s dissatisfaction with the firm’s services. When a client engages Lexington to represent them, the firm immediately begins providing identity theft protection and insurance, credit monitoring and analysis, and access to the client website that has additional credit related tools. After analyzing credit reports, communications are sent to the credit bureaus and creditors to ensure reporting accuracy under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. In reviewing Ms. *******’s case, the first challe... read more
I agree with everyone that feels like this firm screwed them over.i had been with them for 10 months to correct 2 accounts. I have not had either account settled. I called them the other day to find out why I don't see any changes in my credit report since I hired them. They give u same story all the time. First, they send a challenge letter which takes up to 2 months for creditors to acknowledge letter, then another letter is sent out, that's called the escalation letter, which also can take up to 2 months, finally, another... read more

Lexington is sorry to hear of this client’s dissatisfaction with the firm’s services. Lexington represented this and every client to ensure that negative items on their credit report are accurate and substantiated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Lexington is unable to control whether an item is removed or if the credit bureaus continue to report it as that decision is made by the creditor and/or the bureau based on their investigations under the FCRA. Lexington represents clients in sending communications on their behal... read more
Did not improve credit nor credit score as promised. I retrieved my credit report and learned some of the items they promised were removed were/are still on credit report. My credit score is lower than it has ever been. I want a refund! Do not use this company.
Lexington law makes it virtually impossible to communicate with the people handling your account. They train receptionists to subvert all communication and to answer any and all questions with one size fits all responses designed to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. Their whole process is set up to get as much money from you as possible. They have created legal loopholes so that when you DO quit them- they automatically will bill for another, additional month. Even if there will be no work done whatsoever. They c... read more

Lexington is sorry to hear of any dissatisfaction this client had while being represented by Lexington. Clients can communicate with Lexington through phone calls, online chat, and email. Clients can also track actions taken on their cases by logging onto the client website that has the information and additional tools for clients to use. Lexington is unable to create legal loopholes, but rather bills according to the Credit Repair Organizations Act. The billing is explained to clients when they sign the engagement agreement... read more
I am an active consumer with Lexington Law Client ID: *******. I am a licensed insurance agent in the state of Texas. I consider myself a business professional. One of my goals in the near future is to buy a home that I can call my own. Just like the average American, I do not have the capital to do so and need assistance buy getting a mortgage loan. In order to do that we all know that you have to have a somewhat solid credit score. So I was referred to Lexington Law by one of my buddies. I started on April 30, 2018 and pur... read more
Business response:
This individual is not a current client with Lexington as Lexington’s representation ended several weeks prior. Lexington can understand the frustration if items do not get removed from a client’s credit report as they desire, but Lexington has no control over what items are removed from a credit report and what continue to be reported. Lexington challenged a number of this client’s items directly with the credit bureaus and sent letters on his behalf to the creditors in order to ensure they both were upholding the standards... read more
I reached out to the company for some credit repair help. Was promised 50% off of the service every month as a military program member. Was charged $15 for a credit report that was worse that credit karma. They said the would be sending letters to my creditors to get this removed. However, all that is done is the same message you can send yourself thru Experian etc.. Total waste of money then they jack up my rate and won't refund the amount. All the customer service agents have attitudes.
Business response:
Lexington is sorry to hear of any dissatisfaction Mr. ****** has had with Lexington’s representation. Lexington offers discounts, such as military or co-client, to individuals that applies to the first payment they make to Lexington. After the first payment, clients make a monthly payment each month based on the level of service they have chosen. Lexington sends letters to creditors and challenges items with the credit bureaus on the client’s behalf, in addition to credit monitoring and analysis and other online tools to ass... read more
