I have been using Lexington Credit Repair for 4 - 5 months now & although I have some minor reservations about anticipated outcomes, I have been very satisfied with their level of service up to this point. I have continued to see my credit score improve from where I initially started so I feel that this service is beneficial to those who actually need assistance with repairing their credit. If people feel that they are able to "do this for themselves," then I recommend they do so. However, I signed up for their "Top Tier" Se... read more
Business response:
Lexington is pleased to hear of the success Ms. ***** has enjoyed since being a client with Lexington. Lexington offers various levels of service based on each individual’s need for credit repair and budget. Lexington would urge any individual who is considering help with credit repair to contact Lexington and speak with a credit consultant.
I wish there was more stars because they deserve them all. They fixed my credit 100 % in couple years couldn't get a credit card just few years ago now I got over 6 with high limits, thanks to lexington law.... I appreciate all they have done the monthly payment is well worth it...
This is a scam. They are eager to sign you up to take your money and set you up on an automatic bank draft, but after you sign up for payment they require you to call back in to speak with the legal team. No matter how many times you call and no matter how long you wait on hold, you will never get to speak with the legal team, so you will never ever be able to get anything started. When I tried to call in to cancel, I was never able to get anybody to answer my call either. I had to use someone else's phone and pretend I want... read more

Clients can communicate with Lexington through phone, email, or chat to discuss their case. Additionally, Lexington provides a client website for each client to be able to see what actions have taken place on their case and make changes to their case. In reviewing this client’s case, she emailed Lexington and asked that her case be terminated. When she called and spoke with a Lexington paralegal later that day her case was already closed based on her request through email. Ms. ****** terminated the relationship within the fi... read more
They double charged my card, which over drafted it and then on top of that I still haven't received the compensation that was agreed to after filing my initial complaint.
Business response:
Lexington is sorry to hear of any problems that Ms. ****** may have had with Lexington’s services while she was a client. Based on a review of her case, the issue she presented was already address with her. An attorney from Lexington has reached out to her via email to address any additional concerns she may have.
Lady told me that my wife and my account where close already next thing I know I got charge the next day bad thing I could not get my money back.. I do not recommend anyone to go with Lexington law firm at all .
Business response:
Lexington takes the privacy of its clients very serious and does not give out information or let third parties make changes on a client’s case without prior authorization. When Mr. ********** terminated representation on his case he was told that his wife would need to contact Lexington to do the same on her case. Mr. **********’ wife contacted Lexington almost one month later, and after a payment had drafted, to terminate representation for her. Details about billing and cancellation are included in the engagement agreement... read more
I’m very dissatisfied with this company. I had the impression that this company was going to help & work with me to repair my credit... it’s a ashame.. we didn’t even get that far... I asked the representative if I could pay my bill half with one check & pay the remaining balance with the next check. He said yes. When the day came for the payment it tried to take the whole payment ! I called & the representative told me he should not have told me that because that’s not how it’s done. Then the late late fee payment tried pul... read more
Business response:
Lexington’s payment system is automated and payments are not able to be broken up into separate payments. Lexington is always willing to work with clients to find a payment date that works for them and can change payment dates given enough notice. Lexington also offers different services to try and fit any budget or need when it comes to credit repair or monitoring. Lexington is sorry it did not have the opportunity to continue to work with this client, but to be sure will not be a hindrance on her credit going forward.
I really wish I had looked here first. This is a complete scam. They advertise 10.2 removals in 4 months. It takes them months to get all your files pulled and entered in their system so you can tell them want to contest. I got 2 removals in 4 months I could have done on my own for a grand total of $671 on their most premier service, which is pure crap. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As hard as it is to work with the bureaus on your own behalf, it is really the only way to go. Login to their sites and go from the... read more
Business response:
Lexington is sorry to hear of this client’s dissatisfaction with Lexington’s services. Lexington’s advertised “10.4 removals in 4 months” refers to the average client and can certainly vary based on each individual’s case due to the number of negative items and the nature of those items. Given that the number is an average, some clients will see a higher number and some will see a lower number, again based on various factors. Based on a review of this client’s case, Lexington was able to pull all three of his reports immedia... read more
Lexington law gets NO STARS!!!! They collaborate with these law companies and prey on consumers who are already in a vulnerable state. Promising to get them the loan by working on their credit. The end result is no loan approval and a monthly deduction by Lexington law. Now you've just racked on another debt
Business response:
Lexington is sorry to hear of this client’s situation and her experience with Lexington, especially given that the firm has represented her several times in the past two years. Lexington assists clients to ensure the items on their credit reports are accurate and substantiated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Although a company may refer a client to Lexington based on their credit, Lexington is unable to control what actions those companies take in regards to a loan or other promises. Lexington has reached out to this cl... read more
I was attempting to get a few negative items removed from my credit reports and attempt to raise my credit score. So, I began to work with Lexington Law over a year ago. After a few months, they continued to charge my card for $39.95 a month for "sending letters on my behalf" to my creditors. So, I turned to the credit bureaus myself and ended up getting my negative items removed. BY MYSELF FOR FREE! Once the items were removed, Lexington Law had the nerve to wait about 3 months to send me an email that they had the items re... read more
Business response:
Lexington is sorry to hear about this client’s bad experience with Lexington. Lexington did everything it could based on the fact that this client only had a few negative items on her credit reports. Lexington is not responsible for adding or deleting negative items on credit reports, but merely works on the client’s behalf to ensure items are reported correctly under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Lexington notifies its clients of deletions that occur on a client’s report based on its credit monitoring. Clients are able to ... read more
