Lexington Law,I cant say that I have been more satisfied with a business or service as great as Lexington Law.i was so doubtful and resistant in the beginning,I felt that bancrupcy was my only option.but Lexington Law proved me wrong, what a great service they removed 18 negative items off my credit in a little less than a year.i couldn't even get credit or bank accounts.now i have 4 credit cards in good standing and 2 bank accounts.i only have one more negative item on my credit reports that i have to deal with on my own,via... read more
After two weeks of nothing happening I attempted to cancel by writing with 4 emails. I called the customer service line and Rachael did not want to transfer me to a supervisor she started talking with unprofessuona language language such as Omg are you serious. After she tainted me about my request she told me her supervisor said they would not take the call after fighting back and forth over a 15 minute period her supervisor Jamie slammed the phone on me when I was requesting to be address my concerns. This is my first inte... read more

Lexington Law is always disappointed to hear that a client has had a negative experience while with Lexington. When such instances occur, Lexington does everything in its power to resolve those concerns. Mr. ******** called Lexington Law on May 29, 2018 around 11pm Eastern Time. Mr. ******** asked to cancel his case, which action was promptly done. Mr. ******** then stated that he had previously sent 4 emails to Lexington requesting to cancel. Lexington has no record of those emails. Mr. ******** demanded to speak with a sup... read more
They are incredible people. It only took them three months to fix my credit. If I ever need their service again, I would use them. They're worth the money that you pay them. They are easy to deal with. There are nice people that really help you through the process.
Scammers. They will tell you whatever you need to hear before you sign up for the service. But after you do they wont do a damn thing for you. The change in attitude was shocking before and after I signed up. Please be aware, stay away from this company.

Lexington is sorry to hear of this client’s experience while with Lexington. Lexington provides a service for its clients but is unable to guarantee the results that come from the firm’s work. Lexington challenges negative items with the credit bureaus and sends letters to creditors in order to ensure negative items are reported accurately under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Whether items are removed or not depends upon the investigations done by the creditors and the bureaus. The reporting or deleting of negative items is ... read more
Lexington Law does nothing to help other than send out generic letters to your creditors. My creditor replied to me directly in response to a letter they sent out because they couldn't indicate where the letter had even originated from and needed my verification to make sure my identity wasn't being breached. Also, they don't make it clear that the firs 129.95 you pay (For Premier) is for the first five days of setting up your service!!! Insane!! When I went to cancel before I was to be charged again they said they do not ch... read more

Lexington Law represents clients in credit repair by challenging negative items with the credit bureaus and sending letters to creditors on its clients’ behalf in order to ensure reporting accuracy under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Lexington also provides services such as identity theft protection and insurance, a monthly FICO score, credit monitoring and analysis, and other online budgeting and credit tools. Any time clients receive correspondences from creditors, Lexington asks they upload it so Lexington can proceed as... read more
It took 3-6 months for the easy stuff, but I was very happy to see that Lexington Law was able to remove some very negative items on my credit. By the time I was done with Lexington Law (a bit less than a year, I think), they had all negative items removed and my credit was completely turned around, despite the fact I had settlements, judgements, and (most-stubbornly) a credit card I negotiated the balance down on through a debt collector before I came to Lexington Law.
Positive great company
ATTENTION!!!!! This company is a total scam I don't even know why unyil now they haven't gotten caught yet. They will go after your money. They will tell you a score that you never had. The next day I looked up my fico score & it's different to what they told me. I asked them by emailing but got no response. They'll charge $14 for the first time you talk to them, then $129 after 10 days& $19 if you refuse to pay as you wanted an explanation why they charging you already. It's not even a month yet. We cancelled on that day. W... read more

Lexington provides a FICO score that is sent from FICO based on a client’s TransUnion credit report. A client may have a different score based on the credit report(s) used and the purpose for the score (e.g. whether for personal use or in attempting to obtain different kind of loans). Lexington bills its client in accordance with federal legislation called the Credit Repair Organizations Act, which in relevant parts states that payments for credit repair services cannot be collected until after services have been performed. ... read more
I called to get help fixing my business credit history, and i confirmed that many times with their team before they charge me. Unfortunately, after they charged me, they said we do only personal credit repair. I don't recommend them at all.
Business response:
Lexington is sorry to hear of this client’s experience. Lexington sends communications to both the credit bureaus and the creditors on its clients’ behalf. The letters sent to the creditors are sent based on the address provided on each client’s credit report. Any letter returned to the client may be due to an inaccurate address listed on the credit report that Lexington can attempt to correct when notified by its clients. In addition to these letters and challenges submitted to the credit bureaus, Lexington also provided id... read more
