Had a wonderful experience from all associates I had contact with. Never stepped foot into the dealership, did all negotiations for my new Telluride though texting and phone calls, Vehicle was delivered to my house no issues. They made the buying process so simple, I was 3 1/2 hrs from the dealership.

Came in to get an oil change and a tire rotation. Found out that my car had 7 free oil changes and rotations. Great service, snacks free and refreshing, and mini game room excellent to keep kids occupied!!!!
Arrived at the dealership to check out some cars, one of the sales reps told us the used cars in the back and pointed us in that direction. I just got out of work so I looked a bit bummy but still, used cars are in the back? Anyways walked around for 30 minutes and found a new sales guy Keenan, we test drove 3 SUVs and decided to buy a *******, I asked for the specific one I was preapproved for. Great customer service. Prompt, courteous and answered all questions with a smile. Went over everything that was done during my service and they also sent a video to walk/talk me through it. Earnest, who was the shuttle driver, was top notch and a professional. In a world where customer service seems to be lacking lately, they went avoid wand beyond.
