Horrible dealership. They are scamming stealing money trying to add $6000 more to my finance charge that doesn't add up I have them recorded can't add up my purchase themselves to make it make sense because they are stealing in some ki.d of way
Great customer service victor was very helpful and made sure i understood everything that was going on
I was told the recall work would take one hour and I should wait. I had to wait four hours with no explanation or apology.. Then they called my husband and told him the car was ready. No one remembered I was advised to wait because it would only take one hour. This is the second terrible experience I have had with the service department.. The Sorrento has been recalled several times. I don't recommend Kias especially from Carolina ****
