I recently got an oil change from this dealership and found out I needed to change out my brake pads. For brake pad replacement, brake fluid and an oil change, this establishment tried charging me upwards of $1100!! Of course that's absurd, with the help of two lovely gentleman -- *************** my price was brought to $988. That's right, still nearly $1K. We are certainly concerned by ******************** comments as our prices are fair and in line with other dealerships within our area. However in regards to the service work performed on her vehicle, (which she agreed upon before the work was even performed) we applied a coupon to her oil change, lowered our labor rates, gave her a $100.00 discount and gave a coupon for a free oil in the future. so we feel that we have gone over and above to satisfy our customer. It is unfortunate that she felt this was not enough.
I visited you KIA ******************** dealership this past weekend on August 10 .We where looking for a 3 row SUV. ************** the sales guy was great . He went to get a SUV for us to see. He unlocked one of the cars so we can look at. While he was gone a man walks up to my Husband, my self and 2 minor children and said . What are you doing in my car. Give the keys . My experience was fantastic. They keep me informed and is currently ordering addition part required to finalize the repair.
Worst experience with purchasing a vehicle I have ever had.Subpar servicing when I initially purchased. I secured a loan specifically for the vehicle I chose and provided documentation that a check was being sent with the dealership name on it. And I was not allowed to drive the vehicle home. So I was forced to drive 6 hours round trip to return and get the vehicle. They did not want to deliver it either. Great value, no pressure, gracious service, wonderful dealership! I love my KIA ******! It is beautiful, drives well, comfortable! I was especially impressed with the no pressure helpful sales and truthfulness about price.
Very quick, and professional. Let us know right off the bat of some recalls and fixed it same day during our service. Won’t let anyone else touch our cars
