I am appalled and disappointed at the service I received at Kia of Augusta. I was looking for a 2022 Kia Telluride AWD with the prestige package, and I contacted the internet sales manager Anita at Kia of Augusta. She told me what they had available on the lot at the time, which was a 2022 Kia Telluride FWD. I took my car to Kia of Augusta in July. After diagnosis, the dealership determined that I needed an engine. The warranty has agreed that the repairs are covered under the plan and is going to pay for it. Its is October and my car is still not finished. The last two weeks, I have been told that they are waiting on a part. It has been almost three months without my car. I took my 2016 Kia**** to the Kia of Augusta service center for a warranty repair back in November 2019 to replace a leaky rear main seal. According to their work order, they allegedly replaced the seal to "meet Kia specs." Unfortunately, the seal started leaking again a few months later, and my local mechanic discovered that the rear main seal was either shoddily installed, or never replaced in the first place. I had the best help Mr Jeffrey W. and bought my ************ 2021 exceptional he answered above and beyond and helped so much get my Kia that I thought I could not get with this to be my first new car he was exceptional next of my friends and family that go and look for Mr Jeffrey W. the best salesman! Jeff W. and the Kia of Augusta dealership was easy to deal with. Told Mr. Jeff just what I was looking for and he delivered! Mr W. was able to answer all our questions and made purchasing our new SUV very easy.

JR and the whole team at Kia of Augusta were extremely helpful and made the buying process quick and easy. Its a nice layed back environment and you won't be pressured into anything. If you are in the market for a new car go check them out and ask for JR.

On the date of 9 June 2020 at 0900 hours, I had a scheduled appointment for both an oil change and headlight replacements. I purchased the headlights from*************************************************************** ****** which were to be installed by the Kia service center. Two weeks after the installation was completed by KIA of Augusta, GA, a neighbor noticed my passenger-side headlight was not working and informed me of same.
