Stokes Hodges Kia has been a breath of fresh air. We had a great experience with the purchase of a new vehicle, fair pricing, great customer service. We also have had a great experience with the service department. We had some serious issues with an older vehicle and again they were able to reduce the pricing and perform the services in a timely manner.
Very nice staff and very quick at the service deparment.
Terrible service and experience.Had my telluride for 2 months and never fixed the recall ...which can cause the vehicle to catch fire without warning.They all should be embarrassed, and not trusted.
STAY AWAY. We fell prey to ************** My wife made an appointment to purchase a specific used vehicle that was on their website.We drove an hour to buy this vehicle. My wife was in contact with the salesman all day. She was even txting him as we were on our way. We get there and the salesman said unfortunately the vehicle was sold this afternoon. He just wanted to offer us another vehicle. I asked to speak with the manager. He didnt even apologize or seem like he cared. We walked out. We will not be back. STAY AWAY!
The car I purchased came up with malfunction messages within less than 24 hrs and I was told it was unsafe to drive. I documented every contact with ***** ******, the ** and partner, and kept my credit union apprised of the situation. ****** refused to take the car back, and after waiting 6 months for the title, I told him the late fees on registration would cost almost as much as the car. If I could give 1 star I would. ******* ***** (****), ******* Courts have to be the biggest cookie cutters you will ever meet at a dealership. ***** this dealership at all costs! I went in for a 2012 evo which I had gotten approved for with only 1500 down. Everything was going good at first and then it wasnt. I was told after a test drive you are approved but bad news is you have to put 1500 down. I said no problem and agreed to accept the car at their terms.
