This dealership SUCKS! ****** ***** and the service manager are useless!! My car was stolen back in July 14 and it is now September 2 and it is still in the dealer. They jack up the labor rates for insurance company claims to$220 per hour. Thats is ridicules!!! Now the insurance company deemed my car totaled. Very rude people will never do business with them again and I will tell everyone I know not to do business with them! I will put it all over the internet!!!!

A terrible dealership not interested in selling cars and only interested in feeding the egos of its insecure salespersons. Came into the dealership and was very up front: I didn't want to take a lot of time, I didn't have a list of must have specifics and would rather see the cars in person and decide quickly. I brought my car and offered to have them evaluate it up front to save us all time. I clearly stated I'd be happy to make a deal within an hour. I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced at 8:15am on Saturday morning. I called to check on the vehicle at 10:30am and could not get through to anyone, had to leave a message and requested a call back. By 12:30pm I had heard nothing so I called again to be told they "think they were just starting to look at my vehicle," 4 hours after the appointment time I made. **** did a pretty good job with us. He made the necessary moves to get the sale and the necessary adjustments made. Super nice car at a reasonable price.

Aug 2024 I was a new customer at this dealership; from the very first phone call through the auto service that was completed, everyone was very professional and courteous. Detail information was provided via video and service representative, Victor kept me informed on progress and cost. Thank you, Victor! I will recommend this Kia dealership / service center to others. Had 1130 appt for an oil change/tire rotation. 1130!! My husband didn't walk out till 430 with no update or explanation. I even called to ask as I was working and "tracking the progress " via the link. I noticed like at 3pm that it stillnsaid in progress and thought there was no way. I called. Two people couldn't tell me and were supposed to check and call me back. No one ever called!Unacceptable. Don't take appts if it will still be 5 hours.Also, there were workers arguing with each other in front of customers. Not great.

I would give this place 0 stars. I have been going here a couple of times and this is the last time. My car still has been in the service department for a month. During this whole month, I have been lied to, ignored, never updated or resolved cars issues. I made an appointment a week prior to my appointment. I notified the service manager a list of requirements I needed to get done for my car. I needed tires/rims, recall, oil change and tires rotated.
