I have been waiting to get a HECU fuse replacement for ****************************************** my 2011 Kia ******** My check engine light is now on which is a symptom of an electrical short circuit which can result in an engine compartment fires while drive or parked. *** ******* and sales just keep coming up with excuses they don't have parts so what is a client suppose to do with this *******. We drove multiple hours to purchase a vehicle. We had a time set up to meet with the salesperson we were working with. We had text correspondence to confirm we would arrive in 15 minutes. Confirmed again via phone call when we were 5 minutes from the dealership. We pulled in and he was pulling the vehicle up to meet us. We took the vehicle for a test drive and when we returned, we were told that they had another buyer flying in to purchase the same vehicle. I had the most pleasant experience today at StokesHodges Kia in Beech Island, SC! I’ve been working with Dave by phone for a week and meeting him in person was like being reunited with an old friend! Dale, in the finance department, explained everything so that I understood perfectly! I’m grateful to have worked with both of these wonderful employees! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!
I brought my *** **** in for 3 recalls. They called me and told me my brakes were no good, and a mouse built a nest in my intake filter. They quoted me a bit over $1900. They also told me I needed 2 tires and quoted me $700-$800. I refused the service. I took my *** to a reputable garage and was told my brakes were fine. I pulled out my air intake filter, and it looked almost new with no signs of a mouse ever being in there. The tubes going in and out of the filter were clean as well.
