I would give this place 0 stars. I have been going here a couple of times and this is the last time. My car still has been in the service department for a month. During this whole month, I have been lied to, ignored, never updated or resolved cars issues. I made an appointment a week prior to my appointment. I notified the service manager a list of requirements I needed to get done for my car. I needed tires/rims, recall, oil change and tires rotated. Service was prompt, and staff was extremely courteous . My oil change, along with tire rotation, were completed in less than a hour. I didn’t have an appointment wow!

I would rate this dealership and their service department zero stars if i could.i have had my 2018 *** soul since august of 2021, I have had nothing but problems with them almost every time i have gone, except for 1 time with *****. They are rude as h*** every time i go in and not to mention the markups they charge for simple repairs. I have only ever brought my car here for oil changes and maintenance unless it is something i can do myself like the brakes or filters. I purchased a 2024 *** **** on 5/27/24. My Check Engine light came on on 8/9/24. I took it to Clay Cooley Kia of Irving's ****************** on 8/10/2024. *******, my service *** texted me her info if I needed anything. Knowing they wouldn't look at my car until the following Monday, I remained patient. I found some drops of oil in my garage where I parked the *** and I called ******* on 8/15. She informed me that she would have them check for an oil leak and she would call me back the same day. I didn't receive a call back.... read more

Mr. Phillips was my Salesperson. From the moment I looked in his eyes I gave him a challenge. A hard way to go but that smile he possessed had me wrapped around his finger. Not only did Mr. Phillips say what he meant, he did exactly what he set out. I did not walk into Hodges Kia to purchase a new car. But we now have ****Black Beauty Kia ****. It was very hard for me to part with Betsey, my ****Kia ****. I don't even know how to find the gas gage . However after purchasing my 4th Kia Soul I am pleased with my Kia family.
