Worst dealership ever. The service department is very unprofessional, u trained and dismissive to customer concerns even when the customer is right. The service center has had my car since August 15th and it is almost October, no car and no communication from the dealership. The leadership is never available and the one service supervisor that is available is unprofessional and acts just as dismissive as the advisors. I bought a *** **** EV in June, 2023, from Kia of West Chester. The salesman, ******, was very nice to deal with. However, I will never buy another *** because:In August I noticed that the driver side door handles were not completely painted- the paint did not cover completely to where the handles meet the door. We purchased a Kia Stinger at Midwest Kia in 2023. We have had issues with it ever since. It has been in Midwest Kia's service dept/shop over 5 times. One of the times it sat there for 62 days. It is in the shop again and it has been 3 weeks. Midwest Kia is not willing to budge on making this right or buying it back. Every time I have to take it back to the service dept (for the same issue) they say its fixed or they do not know what's wrong or how to fix it. This is my 5th. *** purchased from this car dealership. The salesperson **** told me his general manager had decided not to take my 2018 *** ******* on trade in. They stated to me to give the *** back to ************** as a surrender and take the 7-year hit on my credit. They also said with my income, I would not be garnished. Buyer beware! this is one of those dealerships that gives all car dealers a bad name. I purchased a used vehicle, I specifically asked if I had an inspection period and was told if there were any major issues in the next few days they would take care of me. To my surprise, the vehicle started shaking on the drive home. I hadn't owned it for an hour and had $3,800 in repairs were required. If I could give zero stars I would. This dealership is inattentive to its customers. I bought a new car in July and because I live out of state they told me they deal with an outside agency to do the registration paperwork which is part of the fee I paid. Thirty-plus days after I bought my car and after several phone calls to the dealership, they advised me to complete a Limited Power of Attorney to file my registration. I brought my 2023 *** ******** in because of my car losing power. I brought it in THREE separate times.
