I was so very disappointed with kia this time when I had my suv in for service. From start to finish a real headache, 4 days later!! I was told nothing was wrong with it, I know what it was doing when I drove it. They even gave it back without it being clean. It was freshly washed when I dropped it off. If this is the way kia takes care of a good client I will shop at another dealer next time I purchase a new vehicle. Sincerely Valerie

Kudos to the entire dealership. By far the best service experience I have ever had. The new facility is very clean and welcoming. I was promptly greeted when I dropped my car off for service. They even had a driver to give me a ride back to work while my car was being serviced. Lastly and the most impressive was a video sent to me from the technician giving me a thorough update on the service of my car. Beyond impressed and what a huge upgrade from our previous experience at *** ** ******* ** ****** ********

I looked online and found the car I wanted. Once I got to the lot I found out that the car I wanted was at the lot in **********not *******. But Damiyon assured me he would handle it and have the car shipped here and he did just that! He was kind, efficient & kept in contact with me throughout the buying process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy!
Prompt attention as soon as I arrived. Service Advisor was friendly and prepared for my appointment. Clean and comfortable waiting room complete with snacks and drinks and coffee. Cost of service was reasonable.
