I had a great experience working with Brian in the service department. He make a special effort to help get us back into our car as quickly as possible. After the appointment he personally followed up with additional information to help us know what our next steps would be. I found him to be very knowledgeable and quite easy to work with. Bottom line…I trust him with our vehicle and know he is working to keep it safe for us. Thank you Brian!

Had a recall appointment. Dropped the car off, check-in was smooth and quick. The folks in the service department were more than polite and professional. Upon picking up the vehicle, I received the same great service.
They treated me with respect, excellent customer service, very understanding, fast, highly dependable, and just overall the best of the best! I had a horrible experience with Evans Kia but something told me to call Stokes Hodges Kia and it was the BEST CHOICE I could ever make! I will continue my business with Stokes Hodges! Everyone was awesome even when I came alittle late and they didn’t rush me they were just awesome!
Great experience with Brian and the service department for my oil change. Would highly recommend them.
