I recommend Stokes Hodges Kia the people are very nice the waiting rooms are very nice and clean lots of space for everyone. And I like the way how you keep you informed about your car. I was informed with a video which was very professional and if there are any problems they let you know upfront and if you want something done about it. It’s always nice coming to Stokes Hodges Kia it a very beautiful place with dedicated people who care.
We did not have a good experience with Thomas Kia ******* *********** We went in with a s**** in our tire. Waited an hour and a half to be told the placement of the s**** requires a new tire, which they had to order. They didn't put on the spare or fill the tire with more air. So, we left with a s**** in the tire and low tire pressure. They stated the tire would be in the next day. My husband had to call to find out the tire arrived. Service was subpar. Knew of a known recall on my car but would not pull it up while I was there. Explained issue that I started experiencing once they added the anti theft that they acknowledged was an ongoing problem but refused to look at it without an additional charge. Did not offer their complimentary ride when I told them I wanted to grab some breakfast until a mechanic overhead me and suggested it. We purchased a new 2024 *** at the dealership in March. We just discovered last week that the washer fluid hoses were not hooked up properly (haven't needed the wipers until now), and fluid is shooting sideways. The car also hit ***** miles this week, so we called to schedule our first oil change and wiper repair. We paid for 6 oil changes when we purchased the car. I took my Kia ******** 20** with engine problems they put in a half Engine that was a recall that they didn’t tell me My engine light came on again They said I needed a fuel injectors for $1600. Got that put in came back the next day because the engine light was on again now they said I need a catalytic converter. Now all this happened ever since I got the engine put in and they don’t wanna help me so I advise you not to go there.
Need to file a complaint about Kia of Danbury Ct. They as of yet and it’s been over 6 weeks to return any of my calls about fixing my car. I have a Kia Sorento 2021 that needs the radio replaced in my car. I am still waiting for a call back or email or anything from them. It’s been over 6 weeks!
On 9/ 27 had a problem with my *** 2020 told leave car and would check problem within two days had to go get warrantee information from car dealer thought my car would be work on and problem dissolved have gotten no information on car being worked on and/or fixed its been about three weeks without loaner hard getting to work just would like to know how long when car will be ready its putting a strain on my job /personal livelihood. HELP
