They found the problem and truly went above and beyond. Brian had been wonderful.
I brought the car in on 11/11/24 and told them the engine was knocking when turned off. Got a call a couple hours later and I was told they couldn't replicate the issue. I paid, went out to the parking lot, and it did it again right away. I bring the guy out to the parking lot and show him. Then they try telling me that the sound is normal but they'll take a video and get back to me after the mechanic sees it.
