She was very helpful, I was told that I had an appointment today at 2pm, well it turn out that my appointment was not in the system but Megan with her professionalism took care of me thank God they had a cancelation, but she put me right in and at no time I was out of there, and my car was clean she had them washed my car...thank you Megan you are awesome....
They were very professional and polite .their timing was very good.
Victor, serviceman at Stokes-Hodges in ***** ******. He is a professional. He kept us informed on the progress of our maintenance. While we were waiting, Victor sent us a video of the items he checked. Our car was returned in no time in a much better condition than we we brought it in. Stokes-Hodges is by far the best dealership we have ever visited. They are high class in every way, from the service area to the waiting area. I purchased a 2015 *** optima about almost 2 years ago kept maintenance on it but I was driving on the freeway and lost power did research on *** motors well there is a recall on the engine took my car to them ?? it out and my motors gone was told no cost to me to be replaced but couple days later I have to provide maintenance records did that so making a long story short they found gaps in my maintenance records which is out of my control there was a previous owner but u can't request those records from them so I got denied... read more

My experience has always been phenomenal, when visiting Stokes-Hodgea Kia.
I had my vehicle towed to Clay Cooley Kia for some simple repairs earlier this year and was assigned to ****** *****. I got an email requesting I review and approve options for repairs. I approved some of the work, but not the full recommended list of work. I discussed potentially trading in the vehicle and spoke with someone who said he would provide me with a trade-in offer. Customer originally brought in vehicle to have the water pump belt and serpentine belt replaced, customer provided aftermarket belts, technician replaced both belts.Customer was made aware that the tensioners were defective prior to replacement of belts, she responded replace belts only as she did not have money to replacetensioners.
