Nicole was great. Oil change in a timely manner. I was comfortable while waiting.
They are all a bunch of liars and pull you through the ringer, just to give you your vehicle worse then what it was brought in for. They are the ones that left my oil cap off after my last oil change and they don't care how much time, money and stress this has caused me. They tell you work is complete after 4 days of having your vehicle and then did absolutely nothing to fix their mistake!! And it was smoking so bad from the oil all over my engine and told me it would be fine!!
As always , service is always pleasant ,customer service excellent! They take the time to answer your questions.
My experience with Ed **** Hyundai was deeply disappointing and stressful. What should have been a joyful milestone turned into a nightmare due to their lack of professionalism, integrity, and care for their customers. I have to day this process was the most easiest car buying I've ever had I did everything over the phone and then went in to just sign paperwork and then bam! I paid for a timing chain/timing belt to be installed when I got an oil change and a tune up, but the mechanic did not replace the timing chain/timing belt so my car broke down. You cannot easily see that part on a car because the part is inside a cover. If the Kia repair shop does not have the part, then you still get charged for the part and for the labor expense.
The repair services are lousy. I paid to have a timing chain/timing belt installed, but the mechanic skipped that part so the vehicle just broke down after the tune up and oil change without the timing chain/belt. Kia hires anybody and just skips installing a part if the part is out of stock. The repair people say to just buy a new car instead of using the repair services.
