Nicole was outstanding. We showed up for a regular maintenance service that we had scheduled earlier in the week over the phone. Unfortunately when we called we scheduled it at the other local Kia dealership. At that current location they had a full scheduled work load already but she was able to shift things around and get our maintenance scheduled. We are grateful for her efforts and customer service.

I had a recall for my Kia ****. I called Stokes Hodges Kia and told them what the recall was. I was informed that the parts for the recall would take three days to come in. I said great and I was given an appointment for 8am on Jan 31. I arrived and was greeted by Victor! He told me what was going to be done and I asked for an oil change as well. He graciously added that to the work order.
