Good customer service was out in an hour for an oil change and car wash
Bought a used 2024 Telluride with ***** miles on it from ****. I wanted to buy a certified used on because I was told the remaining warranty was passed down to the new owner. **** and **** both lied about the extended warranty and told me I had to purchase the extended plan for $3,999. Received a warranty letter from Kia corporate for a Telluride shocks that may be noisy and result in a stiff/bumpy ride. The letter stated that we could bring the vehicle to any Kia dealership and the issue would be "diagnosed free of charge at no cost to you." This phrase was bolded and underlined. 0 stars if I could. my situation is based on the service department. specifically, Nicolas ********. I had my Kia Soul towed here for motor problems. they said 2 fuel injectors were bad, changed them and the car still had the same problem. Dirty dealership.Can't trust sales team.They sold a Kia ******** by Mo. Wouldn't show me the true price. I went to *********** and put in my car's VIN. They charged me for a ******** with leather, heated electric seats, moon roof, total upgrades, 8K higher than the cloth seats I needed for 3 dogs.**** in maintenance made me pay for a tire. He gets ***** when on his steroids. And mean. Just to get his way...sort of threatening. What a joke. An employee drove the car before me and had gotten a nail in a tire. Please do not do any type of business with this company unless you want to be sold a lemon that needs an engine before your pull off the lot, lied to about multiple things that you have documentation of, and have your credit ran with 7 different companies in one day without your consent. I purchased a used car and was told that even through the car wasn't detailed yet, the car had passed all state required inspections & was a reliable car.
