I left a 1 star review earlier when we had issues with my daughter’s AC and the service manager declined to repair it. I went to the dealership and spoke to the general manager, Theo. He immediately took steps to resolve the issue. He listened to my concerns and spoke directly to the Service Manager about the issue. My daughter’s air conditioning is now working perfectly and the dealership absorbed the cost. Thank you, Theo!

I had to pay $4,000 in repairs up front when I first bought the car on top of the sales price. I didn’t get my car for about 10 days afterwards. My car was then in the shop for repairs twice only a few weeks later for the same issues. It was in the shop again about a month after that for the same issues, and it was in the shop yet again about a month after that for the same issues and a whole lot more. Stay away from Schaumburg KIA. They baited me into the dealership after me telling them my situation was not good. The sales person I worked with lied. This dealership lacks customer service. If I could give a negative I would.

I wish I could give negative stars! I purchased a 2020 *** ***** from them about a year ago. The car got totaled on 01/27/2025 while I was sitting at a red light. My insurance paid off almost all of the cost and my ************* will pick up the rest but not until they cancel the warranty that I purchased with the car and issue the refund. I spoke with the warranty people and the warranty was canceled on May 7th. I have been calling and leaving messages with the finance department to find out what is going on.
