The service was great. The service guy was very professional, courteous,and made sure everything was taken care of. If anyone uses the Kia on Aiken Augusta hwy. I would suggest you use the tall slender service guy on the end desk. He will make it happen, he will get it done. If I had a 100 tongues I could not thank you enough for having him on your team.
Wonderful experience from my first interaction as I pulled into service until I left. They sure do care about the customer. They are the best. Been getting vehicles serviced for 60 years and never had a better experience. Wonderful caring staff.
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they tried to charge me for it. I purchased my car from them and only have 33,000 miles (still under warranty). Only place it has ever been serviced. Their records should have been up to date. Also, it took 2 hours for this service. Was never really satisfied with the dealership but I like the car.
