This is the absolute worst car dealership. They are committing fraud. Adding things on to lease agreements and do not tell you about it. They are all so shady and this place needs to go out of business. The best thing I can say is to go to ANY OTHER *** DEALERSHIP. They will not honor lease deals. And don't let them tell you you cant buy a lease without paint protection like they did to me 3 years ago call customer service in front of them and ask them if that is true. Worst place to buy a car. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care for their customers at all! When I bought my car there were a few things wrong with it, they said after they fixed it, it would be a brand new car and after 2 months I finally got my car even though it was just sitting in the back parking lot. We bought a used vehicle from Lawrence Kia that was a lemon. They did not disclose or fix problems indicated on their multi inspection report, marked in red, as needing immediate attention. They continue to stonewall us and not respond to our requests, or work with us to resolve the issue in any way. They have been condescending and rude in every conversation. Additionally, they were convicted of loan fraud in 2023. I am shocked by their A+ BBB rating. Buyer beware!

I purchased a used 2012 ***** RX 350 in December from this dealership. I paid cash for the vehicle. It is April, and I still have not received my title. I have followed up several times and they continue to state they are not responsible for when I receive my title? They continue to deflect my questions and not assist me. I would stay away from this dealership

This dealership should never be considered to buy a car from. We bought two since 2019. I regret buying both now. The engine one the 1st blew up from a spark plug that we had them replace but somehow they couldn't (WOULDN'T) stand behind their work. They have since changed into horribly rude people that literally do not want our business. I even offered to drop the whole situation but apparently that wasn't good enough. I was interested in a 2022 **** Explorer ST and placed a deposit with this dealership on April 1st, 2025 only to be hit with $5,600 in hidden fees not listed anywhere in the online listing. When I asked for a revised loan breakdown without the bogus charges, I was ignored for 3 daysthen told the vehicle had a bad transmission and they couldnt sell it to me.That was a lie. On March 20th, I went to Kia Parkside specifically looking to purchase an all wheel drive (AWD) vehicle due to the safety features the AWD possess and I’m a single mother of two small children and a nurse and must travel in icy/snowy conditions when present. I expressed this many times to the salesman. Upon test driving my current vehicle, the salesman told me many times the vehicle was indeed AWD.
