**** in to purchase a vehicle on 2/16/25. The vehicle would not accelerate past 60 only 15 hours after purchase. The sales associate I dealt with is ***** ******. I should have known things were sketchy. The vehicle was sold to me for much more than what was originally quoted, yet he told me they gave me a great deal! Don't buy free here, especially from the salesman ****! He will promise you the world, and not deliver what he says. When buying a used car that is not a Kia, they won't do anything to fix any problems, even after saying they will.Standing behind the "As Is" credo...even saying they will do anything to make you happy. Wrong...liar, liar! Don't trust them.
About a year ago I had filled bankruptcy and was looking to get a car. I worked with Jake who told me works with people who have filled bankruptcy and would help me out. The car I purchased after the fact I realized it was worth way less than I owe. So now I can’t refinance it or get another car cause nobody will work with me. I feel taken advantage of and would not recommend!
I’ll never go there again I am Frank F******. My tire went flat and pomp tire was ordering a tire for me but couldn’t get the same tire I had on the car. Their mechanic took off the flat tire and said I had a steering problem with the front end. The car is towed out and said there is a Kia dealer a 1/2 mile from here. I have 5746 Miles on the car. DISHONEST PRICING. Do not go to this dealership expecting them to honor pricing on 3rd party websites. We called before driving 2 hours to confirm they honor ******** pricing and they confirmed that they do. When we got to the dealership the specific car we went to purchase was listed online but not for sale. They claimed that it was listed in error as it is a dealership loaner. The next car we were interested in, the 2025 Sorento in the pictures (Listed for ~$33k), we were at a price of $36k before tax, title and fees, but ... read more

The car the customer came in on was a loaner car and was out on loan. The customer did not qualify for the incentives and we were completly transparent. They should buy from their local dealer and not blame us for what they dont qualify for. The 2 hour drive is not our fault. Their geographical location has nothing to do with my pricing or location. My father called the dealership to confirm the vehicle was still available to purchase prior to making the trip to purchase it. Additionally we confirmed they honor the listing prices of vehicles that are on 3rd party websites. This simply isn't the case considering the listing said the 2025 Kia ******* was listed on ******** for $33,187 and the fine print says this price includes the following discounts "...all applicable rebates. They won't fix my car and keep telling me they have no rents for me light on car came on 3 times I can't miss work for this problem they give me another car to fix mine keep telling me to go to auto zone to find out what the problem is and said bring it in when the light comes back on been there there 3 time and can't get a rent a car I have kia ******* 2019

This year, my wife's 2019 Optima gets an oil light when it is about 800ish-1000 miles out from meeting the oil change sticker mileage. When I checked the oil level, it was completely dry on the dipstick. I'm familiar w/ this issue and Kias. Luckily, her car is still under warranty.I call the dealership and request an oil consumption test to make sure everything is okay.
