She was very helpful, I was told that I had an appointment today at 2pm, well it turn out that my appointment was not in the system but Megan with her professionalism took care of me thank God they had a cancelation, but she put me right in and at no time I was out of there, and my car was clean she had them washed my car...thank you Megan you are awesome....

Victor, serviceman at Stokes-Hodges in ***** ******. He is a professional. He kept us informed on the progress of our maintenance. While we were waiting, Victor sent us a video of the items he checked. Our car was returned in no time in a much better condition than we we brought it in. My experience has always been phenomenal, when visiting Stokes-Hodgea Kia.
Excellent customer service from drop off to pick up. Love that the service department sends a video of your vehicle while it’s being serviced and messages it to you. Brian called with updates in a timely fashion. I drive past a KIA dealership near my house to use Stoke Hodges KIA because I trust their service department. They take great care of your vehicle and you.
The staff at Stokes Kia donan excellent job. They're very knowledgeable and also keeps you in the know. The atmosphere is very pleasant as you wait on your vehicle. Brian made sure I was comfortable and that I was pleased with the service I received. Definitely a 10/10
