I visited Schaumburg Kia on July 28, 2025, after seeing a 2024 *** EV6 Wind advertised online with a Final Price of $26,200 and $25,500 SAVINGS prominently displayed on their website. The Problem: When I arrived to purchase the vehicle, I was told the actual price was $38,000 - nearly $12,000 higher than advertised. The staff explained that the vehicle didn't qualify for the incentives shown in the pricing, despite these incentives being automatically included in their Final Price calculation online. Ive brought my *** K5 to this service department multiple times, most recently for stalling at idle and jerking during acceleration symptoms clearly related to a known recall. Despite this, the team did a poor job inspecting my vehicle and provided no resolution. It felt rushed, vague, and dismissive.This isnt the first time Ive had issues at this location. I previously had to escalate my A/C problems to *** Corporate after being repeatedly brushed off by this same team. Only after my escalation did a recall finally get issu... read more

Received a call from Courage Kia sales manager on 7-17-25 about inquiring to purchase our Kia ******** PHEV from us, as they were in need of this type of vehicle. They posted a price online so we called and verified the details prior to driving 6 hours to buy the car. We printed off the online pricing and took it with us to the dealership. Even the sales manager pulled it up and said he was seeing exactly what we were. The General Manager, ***** told us that it was priced incorrectly online and then refused to honor the price that was published online. Bought a *** telluride from this dealership and luckily bought an extended warranty. We would drive the car not even 2000 miles and notice the car driving funny, wed check the oil and it was DRY!!! I brought this up to the dealership multiple times, they did not care. Said Id have to pay out of pocket for an oil consumption test a couple months went by and my engine seized.
