My first service was great, I was only there for about an hour and I also got a complimentary car wash.

Great shopping experience! Mr. Bell welcomed me with a smile at the front door. He is knowledgeable about the automobiles they have to offer, supportive, suggestive and make sure you understand about the technology features of your car.
They were very nice and friendly. When I got there someone greeted me. The only issue I had was my appointment was at 8:00 and I didn’t get out of there till 11:00.
Always greeted quickly and witha smile, they explain everything that they've found, has great atmosphere throughout and excellent service

Great dealership. Brett was helpful and honest. It was a trouble free buying experience.
Only complaint was took a long time. I was there 3 & 1/2 hrs. They even washed and vacuumed my car no charge. Very nice inside with free coffee and snacks a nd cold drinks. Best part for me is they are open on Saturdays. Very nice place. Very friendly personnel
I was greeted as I drove in the service department. I received a text message as soon as I sat down in the waiting area. I was informed as soon as my service was completed. Congratulations to Stoke Hodges Kia service department for outstanding service!
