I have to day this process was the most easiest car buying I've ever had I did everything over the phone and then went in to just sign paperwork and then bam! First terrible experience ever here. Just got back in town from traveling, scheduled my appointment online 24 hours the day prior only to be informed after sitting in the location over 30 minutes that the part was not available and i needed to reschedule my appointment. This information could have been relayed before the appointment.
