I could not be happier with my recent purchase of a Kia ******* I owe it all to the help of my sales people, ***** *. and ***** *. They were amazing, helping me navigate the usually unsavory task of car shopping... they even made it painless! And i love my new car!! Highly recommend this place!!! Thank you for your positive feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to serve our community each and every day.

They sold me a car that had total engine failure within 3 days. They initially refused to tow it back to the dealership and expected me to pay for it, but eventually when my dad got involved they picked it up and 3 days after that put me into another 2021 Kia Soul. I put about 10k on it because I drive to/from work everyday and I usually have between 700-1000 on it commuting everyday, nothing crazy. Then on the first and only long trip I've taken, the transmission (i assume) blew out on the interstate leaving me stranded 2 h... read more

Business response:

TheoriginalKia Soul sold to Ms. *** was a mistake on my former manager's part. It was not ready for sale. That situation was quickly rectified when a replacement vehicle, the Kia Soul in question, was sold to Ms. ***. The second Kia Soul has nothing to do with the first. The (second) Soul was sold in good faith after inspection and clean-up. It was a trade-in from a loyal customer who had serviced it religiously since buying it new in 2021. It was thoroughly inspected before sale. Ms. *** has stated that she had to immediate... read more

They fraudulently submitted claims and then broke the vehicle. Not owning up to their negligence and are now ignoring me. - In my opinion

Lied about the service my car needed said I had to replace the whole steering column and rack wanted to charge me $4000 I asked about the steering column coupler a known issue and cheap part. Claimed it wasnt even a part of my car charged me $250 for the false diagnostic. I finally took it apart myself and yes that was the only issue it drives fine now. Glad I didnt fall for the $4k ripoff service.

I went in November 2024 to trade in my ***** and start a new lease with Kia. Sales rep was fine and we agreed on an amount and down payment but when it was time to process at finance dept, the manager (*****) tried to adde ridiculous fees that totaled an additional 4k on the down payment! Fees included $1400 destination fee and another freight fee - the car was already on the lot there was no transport needed. We got it sorted out but then there was an issue of payment when they took over my old lease. Instead of paying the ... read more

I just purchased a new Kia K5 (mid May 2025) at Parkside Kia in Knoxville and when I got home I saw that the sales manager had intentionally ripped me off $1,000 above what I agreed upon with the final handshake with him. The sales manager there ********actually changed the one to a two on my final offer of $31,000 out the door but he didn't allow me to see his acceptance of the final deal sheet until after I had already signed the closing papers, he simply came over to me and said "I'm not going to lose your business over $... read more
