purchased a 2025 sorrento from kalidy. I bought a used **** from a *** dealership. The dealership said it came as is but gave a "full" warranty and verbally said that the car manufacturer would be able to fix just about everything on the car. It's now 3 weeks later and **** is saying that it needs about $14,000 in repairs that isn't covered by said warranty. I recently went in to get my 2021 Kia ********* serviced and per usual, the staff was amazing! I wanted to give a special shout-out to ****** who was my service advisor. Not only was she very attentive to me, but to my daughter as well. She offered to put on a cartoon for her while we waited. I purchased a new kia *** in the year 2020, the model number of my vehicle is from 2019 . Throughout my experince with kia of Cerritos I have attempted to make phone calls to make service request on my vehicle and have been sent straight to voicemail multiple times in the 5 years . @International Kia of Orland I bought an EV6 about three years ago. At the begining of May, I experience an "electrical issue" and had my vehicle towed to the dealership I bought it at. I was comfortable buying it b/c of the 10 year warranty. Since May 2nd 2025 - my vehicle has been basically inoperable. I went in to Greenway kia on May 6,2025 to get my car repaired. I was meet by a salesman ****** who talked me into buying a car. I signed the lease Agreement, but thought l wanted to cancel the lease Agreement, so l went back to the finance manager, **** to tell him, l didn't want the car, l could not afford the monthly payments. I recently had a disappointing experience at a Kia service center that I believe is worth sharing. I took my car in for service and brake repair. While ***, the service representative, was very pleasant, the follow-up process left much to be desired. From start to finish, the dealership showed a troubling lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service. I inquired about a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle.
