I took my KIA Sportage in to get the AC repaired and they took the keys and said they would take a look at it and call us later to let us know what the issue is, The next day they called us back and said we need a whole new AC system, and our brakes and rotors need to be replaced, and our oil pan is leaking oil. Total cost would be 3,500. My wife and I discussed it and decided not to get the repairs since the car is 14 years old, we'll just get a new one. I bought a 2023 Kia Sportage from Balise Kia while I was living in ********. No one told me that the Kia Connect feature wouldnt work because of Massachusetts laws. I only found out after the purchase, and now the system still doesnt work, even after I moved to *********. Kia says its the dealerships fault for not telling me, but the dealership wont help me. I feel like I was misled and would not have bought the car if I knew this feature wouldn't work.

these people are liers ,they change prices on the out of pocket money ,lie and tell you the covid charge is the goverment charge bull s*** .buyers becarefull they changed price of car 500 then made me get new tags when i had a year and half to go on tags documentary fees were 477 dollars for what lets not forget 500 dollars for theft deterrent .

If you like to do research online before heading to dealerships - this is not the dealership for you! I went in to look at a car available on their website. I had used the lease calculator on their website to get rough payment estimate. ****, the sales manager refused to honor anything close to the price on the website. Avoid this dealer at all costs if possible. Salesmen will lie and do whatever it takes to take your money. I told them no to absurd payments multiple times and a respectable dealer would take the loss and let me on my way. I was getting so exhausted with arguing a payment that I finally settled on a slightly higher then what I wanted payment. NEVER buy or go to Kia of St Cloud. I purchased a 2020 Kia Telluride on February 20th, 2025 with the extended warranty. On Monday, April 21st, I went to leave work and my car wouldn't start. I called down there, since I live/work an hour away to see my options. They said well we would need the car down here to diagnos it. And the warranty didn't cover towing of course, so after having it towed, that was a $600 bill, they had my car by 1130am Tuesday. We are sorry to hear you are upset with your Telluride. There is no way for us to have known why the vehicle was not running unless it was here for a certified tech to diagnose. Being that the vehicle has over ******* miles there is no bumper to bumper warranty left which is why the starter was not covered. We do not stock starters and had to order one in. Unfortunately, the part took longer in shipping than initially quoted by *** factory.

We bought a 2020 ***** Blazer on 3/15/25. Rushed us through the buying process because a tornado was coming, yet made us wait hours for them to clean the vehicle. On 3/26/25 my daughter called to inform them that the air conditioning was not working and they told her to bring it in when she could. She told them she was away at college and had a job after class and they said that was fine. She called again on 4/18/25 and was told to make a service appointment. I went to this *** dealership for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Paid for both. Guess what? They did NOT rotate the tires but still charged me for it. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. If you want to pay for work that doesnt get done, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear. Always double check every service they do on your car here.
