I’ve had the worst experience with Kia period. I have been without my car for 5 months. I only had this car for 1 year when the engine blew up. What happened to my car is the same thing that happened to most cars that have had engine failure from 2010-2020 but I was told my VIN wasn’t listed and they wouldn’t fix it. They want almost $7k to fix and I’m still in a loan of $11k. I wasn’t told anything about the manufacturer warranty being out and my needing coverage. No nothing. My service agent was Brian. Brian was helpful, intelligent, compassionate an followed through on his word.
Great service. Very clean and plenty of places to sit back to wait for your service to be completed. Even a place for kids to hang! Complimentary snacks and coffee. Only thing I would change is the wait time. They were short staffed so it was a little longer of a wait this time. But overall, great experience.
Justin went above and beyond to accommodate me. Very nice and helpful.
Nichole was awesome! She was very courteous and kept me informed.
