I had my Kia Soul towed here for motor problems. they said 2 fuel injectors were bad, changed them and the car still had the same problem. Dirty dealership.Can't trust sales team.They sold a Kia ******** by Mo. Wouldn't show me the true price. I went to *********** and put in my car's VIN. They charged me for a ******** with leather, heated electric seats, moon roof, total upgrades, 8K higher than the cloth seats I needed for 3 dogs.**** in maintenance made me pay for a tire. He gets ***** when on his steroids. And mean. Just to get his way...sort of threatening. What a joke. An employee drove the car before me and had gotten a nail in a tire. Please do not do any type of business with this company unless you want to be sold a lemon that needs an engine before your pull off the lot, lied to about multiple things that you have documentation of, and have your credit ran with 7 different companies in one day without your consent. I purchased a used car and was told that even through the car wasn't detailed yet, the car had passed all state required inspections & was a reliable car. Had my car towed at my expense to Kings Kia. They told me compression issues with engine. Signed a paper to have engine torn down to see if I qualified for warranty replacement. They had my 2017 Kia ******* for 3 months and never worked on it or called me.I was never offered a loaner and was forced to buy another car. took my car in on Jan 20th for a diagnostic test which should only be 3 days. They had my car for 5 days before hearing from them. Asked for a rental car and they said they could give one and failed to. They said the noise was from an after market battery not being installed correctly so they fixed that. They said my water pump has a leak which was covered under warranty so they fixed that. Dishonest salesman. I drove 1 1/2 hours to this dealership, we agreed the night before on a trade in value of my car, then he lowered the agreed-on offer as soon as I arrived, without even seeing it. He told me the car I was looking at had the same sized tires so I could keep my spare/rim, untrue. I made a google review based on the customer service I received at the service department. Any time a negative review is posted about Lake Charles Kia the "owner" replies with hostility. Yet will not answer a call when someone asks to speak to him. Horrible experience all the way around.
