There was no delay checking in. I have a contract for oil change and tire rotation. There is a limit on tire rotation (I as not aware until I asked). You get a video of your car while being serviced. Inform you of everything needed to be done to maintain the up keep of your car. Two hours after oil change and washing of my car I was ready to leave.
