I hope they don't treat everyone like they did my wife and I as they offered a super low number for trade, and salesmen will try telling you to just refinance in 4-6 months. That you can 100% do that and that I have to work with him on the numbers when they offered 500$ for my trade and wouldn't lower the car's price even 1$. But facts are facts, and refinancing is NOT 100% as I know many finance companies will not allow that. Took my car in to have the check engine light checked. They came back saying it was the catalytic converter and that it would cost $4000. They first tried saying the cost was due to the rare minerals used in the parts and then was told the $3k for the part was the insurance company price. I asked what is the price if I am not using insurance and they still said $3k for the part and $1k for labor. No catalytic converter for a 2019 Kia Soul costs $3k. They sold me a car last June that was a lemon from the start. It finally blew the head casket and is now worthless. I went back in to see if they would take possession of the car and find me a nice used car. They sold me what I thought and was told had been serviced and was in great condition. This dealership has a real problem with the service department. 5 dropped calls and then after being there for service get email with subject "You Missed Your Appointment'.
My wife and I met to purchase a carnival. We walked in and showed them our pre approved interest rate from our credit union. My husband and I have been back 7 times since, January 23, 2025, to fix the **** in the right rear passenger tire. As of today, March 31, 2025, it still is not fixed. I would think by now, they should have been able to get it fixed. Now, we have been told they are getting the *** engineers Involved to figure it out. I sure hope *** *********************** **, gets it together and can get my car fixed. The gas to go back and forth every week is getting expensive.
