Calling in advance for appointments or information doesnt help on the service department. Its as if the person assisting through the phone does not know about whats required, or there is no communication between staff. I had called to make an appointment. I was told to come in early for the procedure. I had set a day to bring my vehicle for service and a diagnostic test. I was told when arrived that for that I need to leave the vehicle and they could not do it. I left with only the service and the motor light on. I had recei... read more

I purchased a used Kia ***** on 8 February 2025, in active duty Army going on 19 years and had just previously returned from an overseas deployment. I bought a 2022 *** K5 in Nov. of 2023. I received a recall on my car back in June 2024, the recall was for the gas tank expanding. My gas tank expanded and made my back seat pop up while I was driving down the interstate. I took it to paramount **** two days later they put me in a rental car fully covered through the dealership. For the next 5-6 months they sent me message after message saying they still had not found a solution for my car. Terrible customer service (the service advisor). **** was a jerk and doesnt care about helping customers out! When I went in to talk about my car thats having electrical problems he responded inconsiderate on how it wasnt his problem! When I tried to leave he followed me to keep arguing with me super unprofessional!!!!! The car I got was a brand new 2025 *** K4 and had it for a month and is already having problems! What a Lemon. If you want fresh lemon go to casa kia!!!

Buyer Beware! Dealership does not deal in good faith, is deceptive, and could care less about a customer issue once a contract is signed. On 12/31/24, I manually signed a lease agreement in front of the Finance Manager for a specific monthly payment amount. The deal included no money down, no first payment and no payment of taxes. Took my wife's Sportage in for the first oil change and everyone at the service counter was very friendly and helpful. ***** ******* got me squared away and out the door in less than an hour, including tire rotation and comp wash. Nothing but professionals here, great job Casa Kia!

Do not buy from these people. Waiting MONTHS for a part due to manufacturer's recall. No hint of when it's coming. No ETA. No indication that the people I spoke to ( after plenty of time on hold and having to call back a few times) gave a **** about me. No indication of even how many people are in front of me waiting for the same part. No clue how much longer i will be waiting. It's official for me, I regret buying my Telluride. Do not buy here. I took our 2018 *** ****** SX Turbo to Herrnstein Kia for a valve cover gasket replacement. Though I anticipated that the repair would be covered under the warranty, it was not. But alas, I paid the $439.99 and proceeded home in our *** that they assurred me was repaired and in great working order. Classic KIA does not have a good service. Put my wives 2018 KIA Rio on 12/03/2024 52 Days later we got the car back , not fixed. David Gwenn service manager stated that the problem was not th iers because Kia's were known to have a bad oil leak ( 1 Quart per 1000k miles ) there was nothing he would do about it, told me to just keep putting in oil. Took the RIO to a certified Mech. who located a leaking Rear seal gasket. Brought the RIO back to Dealership , Sandra Colley service agent , the rear seal was leaking but didn't kn... read more
