I took my mother to buy a new car because we found one we liked and for a good price, everything was okay until it came to the paperwork which we now have had to go back up there 3 times to have it fixed. The first time was to fix the information on all of the loan application because it had apparently gotten deleted after we had the car for a week. You should have signing up indicating that you started charging surcharges for using a credit card and also verbally tell people before they decide to get work done. Not everyone has the cash available right then for the amounts of costs for repairs or maintenance. Especially single mothers.

I just had a terrible experience with this dealership. I sold my car back to them over the summer (July 20) and didn’t get the check until literally yesterday, December 18. I had a great experience with them when I initially leased the car in late 2017 and then bought it 3 years later. So I was honestly so surprised by the completely ineffective communication they had not only with me, but amongst themselves from the beginning of this process over the summer. First, I received a completely false text to get me here.
