The advertised price on several websites is $15,995.00 after inquiry about buy this car the out the door price was now $21,499.94 now that was $1,240.09 sales tax in that figure so that means that the hidden fees were $4,264.85. That is almost a third of the advertised price for fees. Just beware people. This day and time there are still ****** businesses.
One STAR is too many!! I purchased a car from Kia of Streetsboro, coningent on them fixing the chip in the windshield and finding out what was making a "slight" noise. They told us that it was the struts and shocks and they were going to replace them along with getting the chip fixed. I waited 2 weeks for them to let me know the car was ready. I have had issues with my 2021 Kia Soul that I purchased not even 2 years ago. I can never get it in for service, nor can my daughter. It is burning oil as fast as it is changed. I have reported it numerous times. Of course the Service manager is always out of the office. Spoke couple times and had to do oil consumption test.
