Absolutely horrible experience. My wife took her car up there to see about an oil leak. They did an inspection of the car and quoted her over $900 so we decided to get a second opinion. But while she was there she was told she could have the 90k service and said it would be about $190 so she agreed and they held her car in the back for over 4 hours even though she repeatedly told them that she had things to do and was promised it would be done in 2 hours. most awful experience ever! i bought a car from here in 2022 and traded in for a 2025. my experience the second time was a disaster. the guy filled out my paperwork wrong and when i realized it needed fixed i called and called only getting the response of were selling other cars and were short staffed so we cant help you today i had to go in and talk to the manager in order to get all of my paperwork fixed, 3 weeks after buying the car and the finance guy admitted my paperwork had been sitting there with nothing being done t... read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was a horrendous experience. Especially for my first time leasing a car. First of all, it seems that none of the sales people speak English. Which for me isnt a problem, as I do speak Spanish but this could be a real barrier for other customers. Second, when I first walked in, I waited and waited for someone to even LOOK at me and ask me if I needed any help. I had to go up and say something to someone on my own. I bought a 2022 *** **************** from this dealership. I drove 2 hours to **** to test drive the truck, everything was okay until I pulled back into the dealership. I noticed a loud popping noise coming from the front driver side, I informed the sales lady **** what I had heard. She told me the truck was already scheduled to go into the shop to have to the cv boots replaced, so it was more than likely something to do with that. They sold me a used vehicle with extended warranty. Car engine broke down a month later and Ive called and been to this garbage dealership several times. ***** has not called me back nor solved my problem. I have put in a claim with the insurance company ********. It got denied vecod the elimination period. Meaning its the dealership responsibility to fix my car. They are giving me the run around but Im coming with the full extent of the law.
Car taken hostage they kept my car for 2 months after I was told I could come pick it up the following day they still havent fixed the issue every time I call its like their goal is to get me off the phone so they could hold car longer no matter who I speak to the manger **** the tech ***** If I wouldve got the part and took it to my Mexicans they wouldve gotten me out the door same day Im currently paying a car note so *** could keep my car hostage this is BAD BUSINESS Practice

Whenever I go there I am always so pleased with the service department. They are all very helpful, but I mainly work with ****. Whenever I go to get service done I try to make sure that he is the person I work with. He has taken care of problems I have had in the past in a very professional and timely manner.
