This was the first time I had been to this location for service. I was honestly so blown away! The tech sent me videos of the diagnostic he performed on my car, explaining everything. They kept me updated and informed during the entire process. Nicole was phenomenal and went above and beyond from start to finish! Impressed is an understatement!
First of all.,I thought that I was going to be there half a day atleast.. the young man that helped me...no sooner than I got in the bay area... Victor was his name came right over to me and explained what I was going to get done and ask if I need anything else...I there was two things With his help I got in and out with no problem. Oh one more thing, I have another job that needs to be done, if I could, can I get him to do the task of working with me...I don't want to be passed around, I felt comfortable with him...
