Worst experience with a dealer,bought a van from the dealer on November 2024,not even 2 miles from the dealer had to call them that something was sounding horrible, like something was loose,bring the van in,sure they have left parts loose,also needed sway bar link ks,rotors,brought the van in 3 times cause it kept making a noise like something was loose,they check and said that noise was the tires and everything was ok,now on march of 2025 ,4 months down the road ,the car is making a grinding noise from rear right side,I can... read more

Greenway Kia West is the most unprofessional business with very disgusting employees! For the Very short time that I was there, I was being assisted by a representative named ****. He started off the process, which was smooth for the most part. I have nothing but great things to share about Herrnstein. I have tbh, there were some reviews that had me unsure, so I proceeded with caution. Purchased a used car 2023 that has had problems from the start. Due to various issues (auto/start lights, misaligned door, bad door sensor, oil consumption issues, engine issues to name a few), I have not had access to the car for more than half a year total if that. Horrible customer service department experience. My service engine light came on last week. I was told to bring it in after work for a diagnostic test. I was told it was giving 3 errors and that I would have to reschedule to bring it in to leave it longer for the mechanic to have time to figure out the issues. Let me tell you a story about a dealership that will lie to you, do shoddy work, and refuse to correct any of it. First, I had an issue with the turbo on my 2015 Kia ******* They assured me it was probably a waste gate actuator. I asked if there was any way to test it and be sure. They said it was impossible, and I would have to get it replaced and see if that fixed the issue. It did not, so I took it to a different mechanic. IF I could give them 0 stars I would!! My vehicle has been in the service department for going on two months. NO ONE has ever called me with updates on the progress or issues with my vehicle, I had to call each and every time. I left messages and received no call back.
