They sold me a used vehicle with extended warranty. Car engine broke down a month later and Ive called and been to this garbage dealership several times. ***** has not called me back nor solved my problem. I have put in a claim with the insurance company ********. It got denied vecod the elimination period. Meaning its the dealership responsibility to fix my car. They are giving me the run around but Im coming with the full extent of the law.

Car taken hostage they kept my car for 2 months after I was told I could come pick it up the following day they still havent fixed the issue every time I call its like their goal is to get me off the phone so they could hold car longer no matter who I speak to the manger **** the tech ***** If I wouldve got the part and took it to my Mexicans they wouldve gotten me out the door same day Im currently paying a car note so *** could keep my car hostage this is BAD BUSINESS Practice

Whenever I go there I am always so pleased with the service department. They are all very helpful, but I mainly work with ****. Whenever I go to get service done I try to make sure that he is the person I work with. He has taken care of problems I have had in the past in a very professional and timely manner. Will be continuing to give them my business.

Unfortunately I am left to leave a review about Kia of Des Moines. I have a *** **** where it de-rates itself and has been in for diag 3-4 visits. Same code, same symptoms, and their technicians can not resolve the problem. After replacing the knock sensor twice. The issue still occurs. Their service advisor: *. *****, does not have any integrity when it comes to the job position she holds. She treated us with disrespect to say the least.
