I just had a terrible experience with this dealership. I sold my car back to them over the summer (July 20) and didn’t get the check until literally yesterday, December 18. I had a great experience with them when I initially leased the car in late 2017 and then bought it 3 years later. You should have signing up indicating that you started charging surcharges for using a credit card and also verbally tell people before they decide to get work done. Not everyone has the cash available right then for the amounts of costs for repairs or maintenance. Especially single mothers.
A family member recently has a negative experience at this dealership that reportedly stretched acceptable business ethics albeit behavior that is all too familiar in the car sales industry.
First, I received a completely false text to get me here. The whole experience was very easy but professionally done. Everyone at Kia Stokes Hodges was very well managed and polite. Shelby Romero showed excellent customer service. This is our second car from Kia. ??????
Greenway kia west has a 2018 red **** mustang for sale. The advertised price on several websites is $15,995.00 after inquiry about buy this car the out the door price was now $21,499.94 now that was $1,240.09 sales tax in that figure so that means that the hidden fees were $4,264.85. That is almost a third of the advertised price for fees. Just beware people. This day and time there are still ****** businesses.
One STAR is too many!! I purchased a car from Kia of Streetsboro, coningent on them fixing the chip in the windshield and finding out what was making a "slight" noise. They told us that it was the struts and shocks and they were going to replace them along with getting the chip fixed. I waited 2 weeks for them to let me know the car was ready.
