So I recently lost my vehicle due to engine failure and to try and get back on my feet I put a $1500 down payment on a used 2015 VW ************ start the service was incredibly slow, be prepared to be there for 4 hours minimum if youre buying a car from them. They were very nice and friendly. When I got there someone greeted me. The only issue I had was my appointment was at 8:00 and I didn’t get out of there till 11:00.
Always greeted quickly and witha smile, they explain everything that they've found, has great atmosphere throughout and excellent service
I bought Nissan Versa 2024 on Nov. 18 2024. They didnt have 2025 model so no choice. I trust them because they are a new car dealership so just follow what they said. But next day I found the engine room was mess up and horrible. I took a pic of it and try to talk to them about refund or exchange but the manager refused it he said according to the ca law they dont refund or exchange and they cleaning the engine room. I want refund , exchange or certified that this car is new never drowned maybe condensation.
Enjoyed my visit. Rich was upfront , honest and personable. I’ll be back in 4 years or so!!

Only complaint was took a long time. I was there 3 & 1/2 hrs. They even washed and vacuumed my car no charge. Very nice inside with free coffee and snacks a nd cold drinks. Best part for me is they are open on Saturdays. Very nice place. Very friendly personnel
I was greeted as I drove in the service department. I received a text message as soon as I sat down in the waiting area. I was informed as soon as my service was completed. Congratulations to Stoke Hodges Kia service department for outstanding service!
