First terrible experience ever here. Just got back in town from traveling, scheduled my appointment online 24 hours the day prior only to be informed after sitting in the location over 30 minutes that the part was not available and i needed to reschedule my appointment. This information could have been relayed before the appointment.
My experience with Tay was absolutely wonderful! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and patient throughout the whole buying process! Tank was also extremely helpful with financing my new *******. I would definitely recommend Stokes Hodges Kia to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!

I signed an offer sheet to buy a car and made clear several times that I was a cash purchaser. I asked for wire instructions so I could send them the purchase price. They came back and said that “I needed to do them a favor and finance the car because they did me a favor on the price”. Now they are saying that the cash price is $1,000 more than the offer sheet that I signed. It’s lie after lie with these people. Zero stars is the right answer but unfortunately it’s not an option. I purchased my vehicle on 9/17/24 and I have had issue after issue with this car… First issue occurred within a month of having the car. (No oil in car) I returned to service and found out that the car had a recall and would have to drive until motor blew to have it repaired. A week later car started to run bad took car to Autozone to have odb ran which indicated misfire on cylinder 4 return to Kia service department they ran a cleaner through it and informed me if this occurred again I would have to pay 1100 to have the mot... read more
