I purchased a 2015 *** optima about almost 2 years ago kept maintenance on it but I was driving on the freeway and lost power did research on *** motors well there is a recall on the engine took my car to them ?? it out and my motors gone was told no cost to me to be replaced but couple days later I have to provide maintenance records did that so making a long story short they found gaps in my maintenance records which is out of my control there was a previous owner but u can't request those records from them so I got denied... read more

My experience has always been phenomenal, when visiting Stokes-Hodgea Kia.
Absolutely horrible experience at the Ourisman of Fairfax KIA service department. They had my car for 3 weeks for a check engine light. They lied about working on the car. They lied about updating me about my car. They never called me. I had to call them for updates. I asked to speak with a manager several times but conveniently there was never one there. I had my vehicle towed to Clay Cooley Kia for some simple repairs earlier this year and was assigned to ****** *****. I got an email requesting I review and approve options for repairs. I approved some of the work, but not the full recommended list of work. I discussed potentially trading in the vehicle and spoke with someone who said he would provide me with a trade-in offer. Customer originally brought in vehicle to have the water pump belt and serpentine belt replaced, customer provided aftermarket belts, technician replaced both belts.Customer was made aware that the tensioners were defective prior to replacement of belts, she responded replace belts only as she did not have money to replacetensioners. Excellent customer service from drop off to pick up. Love that the service department sends a video of your vehicle while it’s being serviced and messages it to you. Brian called with updates in a timely fashion. I drive past a KIA dealership near my house to use Stoke Hodges KIA because I trust their service department. They take great care of your vehicle and you.
