This is so frustratingI initially enjoyed my visit to ALM *** I was in town from ******* and decided to stop by ALM **** I was able to purchase my vehicle with a GA temp tag to drive to *******. I have been trying to register my *** ******** in my state since 9/10 and unfortunately Im unable to because my title hasnt been processed in *******. I leased a vehicle 7/25/2024 and was overcharged the monthly rate for my lease payment based on MSRP. My uncle who is a financial advisor reviewed the lease term and told me I was overcharged. He called on my behalf to speak to the sales manager who apologized over and over for the treatment I received. I was told I would be cut a check as a payment for what I was overcharged. After agreeing on a price, I texted the salesman to tell him what time I was coming down to purchase the vehicle. One way, it's an hour drive for me from ********. When I was minutes away, the salesman, unapologetically, calls to inform me it has been sold. This dealership is a good example of corporate greed favoring a few dollars over a deal that has been made with a customer. They knew the vehicle was for my twin daughters' first car.

Test drove cars. Was asked if I wanted to talk price. Was given the usual spiel about only being able to move by a a couple hundred dollars. Gave them a sense of where I wanted to be price-wise. Was asked to write down a number that I would purchase it for. Then was asked to *sign my name* to that number. Finance guy came back after all this and said theyre not moving an inch. We went to Kalidy Kia based on an internet price. After several hours of looking on the internet with the salesman next to us. I gave him the stock numbers, he would go get the car and the we would drive it. We found the car we wanted a the price was right in the internet. When we went inside to buy the car, the salesman and manager inform us that the price on internet is wrong and they can't sell us the car for that price. It all started with a flyer they send in the mail. Took it up for the "great deal" no car featured on flyer on site. Should have left then. Made a deal purchased a vehicle with down pmt. Realized I got taken took vehicle back and they sweetened the deal took that vehicle back and gave new vehicle lower miles less money. Absolutely disgusted with the quality of service I received here. I dropped my car off for an oil change and warranty items and didnt receive any call to pick it up. So I had to call a day later and they told me it has been ready and that they called me but I have zero records or any call made to my phone. ****** told me the warranty items were looked at and it would be a week or two until the warranty team got back and I would receive a call. While we acknowledge that we have not properly kept you informed, we did not want you to have to make 2 separate trips to have the parts installed.
