I purchased a vehicle from the dealership May 27, 2024. Upon leasing, a side door panel was missing that was not missing when I test drove the vehicle and the driver door and back door window buttons are broken. I immediately notified the dealership while outside and the issue was handled but, couldn't be replaced until the following day (button didn't get fixed until the second time bringing vehicle). worst **mpany I ever dealt with in any industry. Nitemare from the minute of the salesman (Mikes) first lie-to the 7 hrs later when I was still in dealership---the lies the lack of ethics-lack of customer service-all stem from the top! The lying **** ******! They released me a car -the wrong car-so they wanted me to **me back to do a PTI-I don't trust this ** one bit for me to bring them the car---They are a vile disgusting **mpany to deal with!! They should do the public=-themselves a favor and just close the doors!!

They sold us this high priced insurance for warranty forever and then when the head gasket blew they said it had contaminants in it and we bought it straight from them and they wouldn't cover it I'm glad this place went out of business!
I purchased a used 2023 kia ***** Told them I didn't want Lojack, Tracker and SafeCat. Discovered on my sale contract that I had been charged for all 3. Asked them to remove the charges. They said the products were installed on the vehicle. Just because they are installed on a used vehicle doesn't mean I want the service I should have to pay for unwanted service. They were unwilling to remove the charges. That is like forcing me to buy an insurance plan that I don't want. Very unethical!!!!!!
In May 2023, the driver mirror was reported inoperable. The vehicle was inspected and part was authorized as warranty replacement. we were advised part orders were still in backlog and may take several months again. We were advised that we would be contacted when part was available. In June 2024 we took the vehicle in for service and inquired whether the back ordered part had been received and available for warranty service claim. Bought a brand new Kia Forte today at Jim Marsh Kia Through out. This is so frustratingI initially enjoyed my visit to ALM *** I was in town from ******* and decided to stop by ALM **** I was able to purchase my vehicle with a GA temp tag to drive to *******. I have been trying to register my *** ******** in my state since 9/10 and unfortunately Im unable to because my title hasnt been processed in *******.
