This place is the worst place to take your vehicle. They do not communicate, they do not know how to fix cars, and they do not know what they are doing generally. **** is an absolute dead stick. He doesn't care about the customer, he is very avoiding, and does not seem to care about anything. This place leaves so much to be wanted in customer service and I highly recommend you take your vehicle somewhere else until they smooth out all their rough edges. The service time was reasonable. The service representative kept me informed. Snacks/beverages were available. The employees were nice as each greeted me when passing by. Good service
Leased a brand new 2025 *** Sorento from this dealership on labor day weekend 08/30/2024. On the 10th day, the car started smelling of gas inside. Even with the ** on, the car reaks of gas. Called the dealer immediately and took it in the next day 09/10/2024. Upon arriving, their service guy takes the vehicle for a quick drive and comes back, acknowledging that there is indeed a strong smell inside. I recently had my car serviced by Victor, and I couldn’t be more satisfied! He was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire process. Victor took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure everything was handled with care.
Courtesy employees, very clean environment. Prompt with service and love the technology associated with keeping you informed. No issues and this was my first visit.
