As far as the oil change and tire rotation it was adequate. However we needed them to replace a small piece of chrome from the AC vent in the rear and because we didn’t have any idea when it fell off and actually had the piece they wouldn’t do it! If a lug nut fell off a tire or a piece of the car fell off while we were traveling on I-95 were we supposed to stop and retrieve it for the warranty?!? Ridiculous!! They didn’t even look down inside the vents to see if it feel in there!!
Besr service experience I have ever had in 50 yeais of vehicles being serviced. Cory was excellent in providing service. The video and narrative of the vehicle being serviced was AMAZING!!!!

The service was poor. Had to call cooperate to get an update on my vehicle
I had a wonderful experience. While Corey Gomillion was doing my recall on my daughters vehicle I asked him if he would do an inspection of her vehicle to make sure everything looks good and he did this with no extra cost. They also link a video to my cell to showed me what the all he did and to tell me how much longer he would be, this was excellent. This is what I call service.
