I bought Nissan Versa 2024 on Nov. 18 2024. They didnt have 2025 model so no choice. I trust them because they are a new car dealership so just follow what they said. But next day I found the engine room was mess up and horrible. I took a pic of it and try to talk to them about refund or exchange but the manager refused it he said according to the ca law they dont refund or exchange and they cleaning the engine room. I want refund , exchange or certified that this car is new never drowned maybe condensation.
Enjoyed my visit. Rich was upfront , honest and personable. I’ll be back in 4 years or so!!

Only complaint was took a long time. I was there 3 & 1/2 hrs. They even washed and vacuumed my car no charge. Very nice inside with free coffee and snacks a nd cold drinks. Best part for me is they are open on Saturdays. Very nice place. Very friendly personnel

She was very helpful, I was told that I had an appointment today at 2pm, well it turn out that my appointment was not in the system but Megan with her professionalism took care of me thank God they had a cancelation, but she put me right in and at no time I was out of there, and my car was clean she had them washed my car...thank you Megan you are awesome....

Victor, serviceman at Stokes-Hodges in ***** ******. He is a professional. He kept us informed on the progress of our maintenance. While we were waiting, Victor sent us a video of the items he checked. Our car was returned in no time in a much better condition than we we brought it in. Stokes-Hodges is by far the best dealership we have ever visited. They are high class in every way, from the service area to the waiting area.
