The service was phenomenal. From the time I pulled into the service center, greeted, asked questions, and given excellent information. Great facility, customer service, and feedback that was given to me to ensure that my vehicle is taken care of.

Brian and Stokes Hodges Kia helped us out quite significantly in a very difficult situation. We had a catastrophic engine failure and they worked with us to come up with a best solution going forward. At no point in time did I ever feel pressured to hurry up and fix the car nor buy a new car from them. Megan C***** went above and beyond to help me and my car situation. I was using an extended warranty company and she did all the communications with them. I never had to make a phone call or an inquiry she handled everything. The whole dealership went above and beyond. The service department at Stokes Hodges Kia get a ten out of ten
