My experience at Stokes Hodges Kia was great. When I first got out of my car, I was greeted with courtesy. The Salesman Montavious was very nice and helpful during my visit. I told him what I was looking for, and I test-drove the car; from there, I started the process of purchasing my new car. He answered all the questions and concerns that I had before purchasing the car. They sold me a car that was in an accident, and as it turns out, they didn't even fix the problems that were there after the accident. Now I'll have to spend my own money on diagnosing the problems and find a lawyer to break the contract with the dealership.

Great shopping experience! Mr. Bell welcomed me with a smile at the front door. He is knowledgeable about the automobiles they have to offer, supportive, suggestive and make sure you understand about the technology features of your car.
So I recently lost my vehicle due to engine failure and to try and get back on my feet I put a $1500 down payment on a used 2015 VW ************ start the service was incredibly slow, be prepared to be there for 4 hours minimum if youre buying a car from them. After buying the vehicle within 10 minutes of me driving off the lot the alternator gave out. I was stranded on the side of the highway and had to pay for my own tow to get it back to the dealership. They were very nice and friendly. When I got there someone greeted me. The only issue I had was my appointment was at 8:00 and I didn’t get out of there till 11:00.
Always greeted quickly and witha smile, they explain everything that they've found, has great atmosphere throughout and excellent service
