Excellent customer service from drop off to pick up. Love that the service department sends a video of your vehicle while it’s being serviced and messages it to you. Brian called with updates in a timely fashion. I drive past a KIA dealership near my house to use Stoke Hodges KIA because I trust their service department. They take great care of your vehicle and you.
The staff at Stokes Kia donan excellent job. They're very knowledgeable and also keeps you in the know. The atmosphere is very pleasant as you wait on your vehicle. Brian made sure I was comfortable and that I was pleased with the service I received. Definitely a 10/10

Well when I traded in my car I signed for the 20-day deal they didn't pay off my car in 20 days with my credit which made my credit bad took 6 months to get the title to my new car and I had to refinance through a different *************** because my credit was bad the first *************** didn't want to take me and now the car is $4,000 more than it was the first time
I had a good sales experience. The sales people I worked with were very helpful.

Nicole was quick to help me when I arrived for my oil change. She was very courteous and professional, documenting what I wanted done and asking if I had questions or concerns. The oil change and tire rotation I requested was finished within a short time. I was very pleased with my visit yesterday.
Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me and kept me informed about what was happening with my vehicle. Absolutely love Meghan!
