I have had issues with my 2021 Kia Soul that I purchased not even 2 years ago. I can never get it in for service, nor can my daughter. It is burning oil as fast as it is changed. I have reported it numerous times. Of course the Service manager is always out of the office. Spoke couple times and had to do oil consumption test. They are all a bunch of liars and pull you through the ringer, just to give you your vehicle worse then what it was brought in for. They are the ones that left my oil cap off after my last oil change and they don't care how much time, money and stress this has caused me. They tell you work is complete after 4 days of having your vehicle and then did absolutely nothing to fix their mistake!! And it was smoking so bad from the oil all over my engine and told me it would be fine!!
