I’ve had a time with my brand new 2023 Kia ******** since 2022. The engine was replaced in march of 2023. The engine went out again. I was so upset cause I was no where near my warranty but this place was full of knowledgeable people who replaced my engine in December of 2023. I will continue business at this location and this location only. I love them there!
The experience was amazing. They were very welcoming. I look forward to encountering their awesome service again.
Nicole over at Stokes Hodges Kia served in a spirit of excellence. She provided me with all the information I needed and explained to me the recommendations very thoroughly. This was my first time waiting for my vehicle and it was a very peasant wait! Nicole displayed professionalism and I told her I’d see her in about 5,000 miles! Nicole rocks!
