Great place to stay, room was clean, staff very friendly, great view from windows��. Only one thing con - you must pay for internet ��.

I only stayed there for two nights I was there for a convention, but it was a great experience, the staff is very friendly and nice, even late at night when you call to request an extra blanket.

I went for my moms birthday for Sunday brunch and it was amazing
When we decided to visit Indianapolis, we didn't plan on paying as much as we did at JW Marriott but all other hotels were booked. However, after our stay, I can say we didn't regret it at all! Best service we have ever had! From the minute we walked in the doors, we never had to wait to get service. Everyone was friendly, attentive and willing to accomodate us in any way. Great experience all the way around the staff was on awesome and very helpful. The hotel was clean. And had a lot of attention to detail. The rooms were nice. And well kept. 5 stars. I will use that hotel again.

The check in/out process was easy and friendly. Oddly enough, staying on the 18th floor wasn't a problem because elevators were swift and smooth. Conference rooms and event staff were above average! Wish a microwave would have been in the room so I could enjoy my left overs from the wonderful dining provided downtown.
