One of many overnight work travel stays...all I asked for was a quiet room to work and rest. Instead I received a room facing a loud concert at white river...guest services did not seem to care. Thanks for a restless night, JW

RecommendedYes, this review is about hotel shampoo and conditioner. I usually pack my own from home but not if I'm staying at JW. It's awesome! Housekeeping gave me extra today too. It's the little things!

I am here with two 13 year old girls for the Indy Comic Con and they do not want to leave the hotel! The service is FABULOUS! The staff is eager and attentive. We love the location to the convention center and all of the atmosphere of Indy is super close by- within walking distance. We will be back for our annual Colts game!! We normally stay at another hotel but we are now staying here. This hotel is absolutely FABULOUS. it is a beautiful hotel and everything has been perfect and it is so clean!
Appalling service and we haven't even checked in yet. We called yesterday to ensure everything was in order for our early check-in this morning. We fly a red-eye to Indy a couple of times per year and this hotel is always accommodating of a very early check in. I was told yesterday morning, "no problem, see you tomorrow morning." So imagine my surprise when, upon our 5:30am arrival, there was no room available and we were invited to sit in the lobby until 9:30am when a room might be ready. The hotel itself is great. Went to the bar for food. Sat at a high top guided by the hostess. Sat for 15 minutes. Finally got up and left. Was here for a conference.

We stayed here for my friends birthday the staff the room and the views everything was perfect I would definitely stay here again the bell service was so great had a great time!

My roommate and I reserved a room with 2 queen beds 2 months ago. We were told at check in that only King bed rooms were available. They offered to bring a rollaway, which we accepted. Called to confirm from the room when it wasn't delivered. Had to call again when we returned from dinner 3 hours later. Not impressed.

When I booked the hotel room a week in advanced, I was told that there were King bed rooms available, so that is what I expected to receive, yet when I checked in at the desk, I was informed that I received a room with two queen size beds. This wasn't too upsetting, I could deal with two beds instead of one but it still upset me. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Me and my boyfriend stayed here for the weekend for Valentine's Day and we did the romance package. It was wonderful & everyone was so kind. We will definitely come back.
