We have been treated very kindly here. We give a shout out to Riley at the front desk and all the wonderful waitstaff that served the CJCA and PbS crowd for the last three days. The catered food was outstanding. We recommend JW Marriott and give it ☆☆☆☆☆☆!!! Aglow International will love it here in November!!!
I recently stayed at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis for a National Training event and was super impressed with how smooth the event ran from start to finish. The staff had exceptional service and were very accommodating. If you are wondering about a good place eat - their concierge attendants never disappoint. In fact, we were VERY impressed with every restaurant they recommended. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and had great views! I highly recommend to anyone staying in Indianapolis.
My stay here was nothing short of wonderful! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I am disabled and on the 2nd day of my stay I fell and hurt my knee. I was very well taken care of by many members of the staff and I cannot thank them enough! My visit to Indianapolis has been amazing!

This hotel is truly awesome & service is excellent !!!!!
The First time we stayed here was January 2015. we stayed on the 25th floor on the downtown side. The package we had at the time was the New Years package. It included the room, parking, and a comp. drink at your time of choosing. We chose 30 mins from check in ..( all online) we arrived and checked in.. they then told us to go around the block and park another block down.. come to find out, that was the government center parking lot.. we finally found the parking garage and we were told we might not get a parking spot they ... read more
