Beautiful hotel and the rooms were nice as well. Outstanding customer service. We also enjoyed the food and drinks available on site. I would definitely stay here again.

Pathetic service. If you offer a package, the staff should understand what the package is. Felt like they were doing me a favor waiving the free parking that was already a part of the package. Was told for hours that amenities were coming to the room. Finally talked to a manager at 11 pm and told him to forget it. Way over promised and never delivered. Manager couldn't seem less interested with helping resolve the situation or complaint. Extremely disappointed considering this is the highest level of Marriott.

This hotel is a true 5 star.......in customer service . The gym is also amazing ! Rooms are big, very comfortable and have everything you need!
Love having our meetings & conferences here! Was a bit cold for many of us but we syrvived!
It was the first time for my wife and I. We attended a masquerade ball over the weekend and loved it!

I stayed at the Indy JWM for the 2016 Global Bed Bug Summit. The hotel and conference center is a very nice facility with a friendly, helpful staff, beautiful appointments and a superb eye for detail. The rooms are comfortable and well designed and...best of all...it has a Starbucks in the conference area.
