Very polite and accommodating. Enjoyed the night life as well.
AMAZING. I wouldn't ever stay anywhere else, the restaurants, bars and lounges, the rooms, every aspect of this hotel is amazing.

This was my first stay at the J.W. Marriott in Indy. To clarify, the hotel room and staff on 2/11/17 were professional and polite (4-star). I had no issues with that besides for no HOT water mid-morning shower and I had to remind the staff we booked a romantic package at checkin. My ordeal was trying to PAY for a romantic package in advance, which the main reservation line assured me would be an easy process and it would only take a few minutes.
