Valet parking was there immediately with a smile, someone came to us immediately upon entering the door. The room was not the cleanest but there was always someone to help! Being that there was a pacers game, monster jam, and its valentines day weekend I would say they offered acceptional service!

You've won my heart over. I called to get a late checkout & behold my surprise when I have soup, a handwritten card & some beverages delivered to my door. Thank you for making me feel a little better.
We always enjoy our stays with JW. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is it would be convenient to have ice machine on each floor vs just the 2nd floor. That will not stop us from returning in the future.

Great staff! Hotel is 1st class and treats their guests in the same fashion. Banquet team did an amazing job with our conference.
