My boyfriend and I loved our stay they went above and beyond for us. We told them it was our anniversary and when we came back from dinner they had left us a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered pretzels in our room. It was amazing!
This place is absolutely amazing and so welcoming. Impressive!
Had to stay here for my wife's PRSA Conference in October had a few problems while we were there wrote a bad review took forever for them to respond and when they finally did nothing was ever resolved do not waste your time staying here. Customer service and the management is the worst I've ever seen they say a lot of things but there is no actions I emphasize do not waste your time with this hotel.
Any time I come to Indy I generally stay at the JW. This go around our room was dirty. There was food in the window sill and change all over the floor. There was also a smear of who knows what on the bathroom door window. Kind of disappointed.
Had a AMAZING time with my wife for her birthday. Great view from our room and breakfast was OMG! We'll definitely be back... hot tub was on point too
I stay @ the JW in Indy frequently and I have never been disappointed. Everything is exactly as expected, the room, the staff, the food... it is easily my favorite home away from home.
RecommendedStayed on the 32nd floor view was great overlooking the park. I was very pleased with the room ..... cleanliness, fixtures and furniture still in good shape. Only complaint.... wouldn't stay in room next to elevators again. There seemed to be some mechanical noise coming from elevator every now and then. But other than that .... will be going back and definitely will recommend to my friends !!!
